That is part of an Advocate Health Care office building and it is adjacent to a surgicenter just off the intersection of I-80 and LaGrange Road, very easy to find for all to find including Uber and Lyft drivers. There is ample parking. This was a yearly follow-up non-emergency appointment in a new setting for my ophthalmologist which included a new pair of glasses for me as I wanted to replace my older ones. My ophthalmologist is a provider at the practice and it was great to see her in her new setting; they are state of the art equipment and computer applications utilized. The staff are excellent. Part of the staffing include an optician who really knows her field. We found a suitable glasses frame very easily. The orientation of the practice accommodates all ages including pediatric care. As I came into the practice via Medicare, supplemental coverage and out of pocket, I do not know their insurance details. Note: if you wish bring your own coffee; there are vending machines in the space between the office complex and the surgicenter which is near the main entrance to the building.
