Renovations by Ed provided estimates for both the repair and replacement so that I could make an informed decision. Once the contract was finalized, they moved quickly to take out the old driving pad and install a new one. They made and implemented some wonderful ideas, ones that I had not considered. Although the cost ended up being higher than expected, they provided innovative solutions for my less than ideal setting. They also provided helpful information on maintenance for longevity. I would absolutely work with them again.

I was worried about cost, so I put this second phase out on yelp. The work was to extend the charging outlet to a charging pedestal. I ended up choosing Ryan electric a second time. Again this second phase was approved by the county, as well as my HOA. It's pretty great not having to goto the gas station. I can charge any EV vehicle (not just Tesla) at 48amps. Thank you.

The joining of the corners of the banister are not aligned; not cut at a 45 degree angle nor are they straight lines. In fact there are large gaps. Many of the piece of wood had large gauges, that could have been position out of sight but are visible throughout the construction. I hired City Painters because they were recommended to me through another contractor who I've worked with for several other projects and they had the experience to work with the city and the permitting process.
