Very cool shop, lots to look at! Some items are priced higher than market value but definitely some treasures to be found.

Received my 50s dress today! It came well packaged, even a sweet little lace ribbon wrapped around…read morethe internal package. This dress is immaculate and so cool! It had never been worn - still has the original tag on it. I knew if I did not snag it up, someone else would get it. It's nice that Canned Ham Vintage is in Florida, so close to me, and I am grateful to be able to find these modest style 50s dresses at their store. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review about a vintage store but here we are. Five months…read moreago, they shared online they were repairing a 1960s purply-pink and white beaded sequin knit piece that I really loved so I reached out if they were accepting tags. I'd never purchased from them so it's good to ask. They said when it's ready, they'll share it online and then I'd be able to purchase it. So essentially, I couldn't buy it until it was ready but they'd share when it was. Cool. I understand that. Five months go by and nothing, not a story, not a post nothing; so I reach out thinking maybe it'll be part of their end of year listings because the holidays. I send them a message asking if it's ready and could I please have the information? After two days, I finally get a response. Not only was it already done being repaired but they sold it in the shop "sorry for any disappointment". Now usually, I'm not one to take negative reviews, if something sells ok, simply move on; what gets me is that they did finish repairing, said they would let people know when it was done then left me hanging for five months. From a buyer's standpoint, especially a first introduction; that's so incredibly inconsiderate and terrible customer service. They could of just sent a quick message that "hey, the dress is ready. Are you still interested?" but instead completely blew me off and seemingly played favoritism with the local buyers instead rather than online. What's really fun is I was still polite in my response, saying "thank you" for their time, while expressing my that yes I was disappointed but they didn't even bother to respond a second time or offer a potential other option. For that, I'm leaving a negative review; not because I couldn't purchase it but rather customer service is everything. So treating people trying to buy your pieces and support your business from afar like they don't matter just because they're online is just bad business.
