I had no idea where to start and he was very patient with me. My kitchen is current and looks great now! I referred my contractor to another family member for a kitchen remodel and the contractor advised her to order the kitchen cabinets from the same place I did. He was very impressed with the quality and commented on how easy the cabinets and the island were to install. He said he has been in business a very long time and has worked with many cabinet companies and he was most impressed with my cabinets. I purchased a new build where the cabinets came from Greenwood Cabinets and Stone. During the…read moreinitial walk through, we noticed the cabinets were the wrong color. Neil was very apologetic and worked with us to get it corrected without issues but that was the only smooth communication we've had. During our final walk through, we noticed damaged cabinets with various scratches, chipped paint, and one cabinet frame in the kitchen was even broken. The builder got us in contact with Neil again to work with us to get it corrected from our inspection punch list. Neil came out to look at the cabinet, and said he would replace broken one right away and get the ones with damage touched up with paint. He took measurements then said he could expedite getting a new cabinet to replace the broken one. Fast forward a couple weeks, Neil called to say instead of replacing the cabinet, hes going to have someone else come to repair it. This was only the beginning of months of excuses and lack of response from his end. I ended up calling his business instead of his direct number in hopes to get some sort of communication for when the repairs would happen. I even started a spreadsheet listing all the times I reached out but never got a response, received an excuse, or got a promise that someone would call me back end of the day/next day but never did. Our first time contacting each other to get the broken cabinet replaced was September 1, 2023 and was told it would be replaced within 6 weeks. Then I was told it would be repaired (rather than replaced) before Christmas. I then reached out again 1/26, 2/1, then finally on 2/15 the cabinets were repaired. This isn't counting the numerous calls and texts from 9/2023-12/2023 with months of agonizing one-way conversations and calls with limited to no responses. Overall, I was disappointment by the lack of professionalism to respond and correct issues in a timely manner. What was supposed to be a couple month problem ended up dragging to almost half a year. We initially wanted to purchase a custom made kitchen island from Greenwood, but with a broken cabinet taking almost 6 months to fix, we opted to purchase it elsewhere.

Rachel went above and beyond not only to work within my limited budget but also my limited availability / work schedule. She was super responsive to my texts and returned phone calls/voicemails, and I always knew what the next steps were in the process. Noah's design for my kitchen made my jaw drop -- I just could not believe the amount of additional countertop and storage space he was able to add! Every contractor who came over was on time (or even early!) and professional, not once complaining about my three friendly but yappy dogs. Rachel checked in throughout the installation, immediately remedying any issues or concerns. The complete renovation took just 3 weeks from the demo to the final backsplash install, and I couldn't be happier! I absolutely LOVE my new kitchen (the before and after should have been a feature on a TV show), the quality of the product and the install is amazing, and I cannot thank Rachel and Noah enough!

We went with Kitchens on Broadway after receiving a glowing recommendation from neighbors who had a great experience. Unfortunately, we later discovered that the designer they worked with had left the company, along with several other senior designers. We skipped doing our own homework and ended up regretting it. We paid a $1,200 design fee, and after six months--only after we had repeatedly asked for our money back--we finally received renderings and a layout that essentially copied a design we had already created ourselves using free online software and had provided to them three months earlier, so this was incredibly disappointing. Since then, we've done our own research and found several other reputable kitchen and bath designers in the Denver area who offer an initial design, budget estimate, and timeline before requiring any payment. Often being able to provide an initial design within 2 weeks. That level of transparency and professionalism made us realize how far off our experience here was. I strongly recommend doing your due diligence as there are better options out there.
