When I first went to Today Dental in Crowley, TX. both the front office and the dentist part of the business were the BEST!! Now, 2024, I have gone back to this place only to get the runaround by the front office on a refund they have coming to me of over $2800.00, I go into the dental office and they say they will take care of it. But here we are almost a month later and I still do not have my refund. And like another person here, the front desk says the insurance will cover something, I pay the co-pay and then lo and behold the insurance denies the claim. The back part of the dentist office is GREAT, the dentist that took care of me was patient and caring, I cannot say enough about the dentist at that place. My kids been coming to this location since 2022. I have asked multiple times to get their orthodontics appointments on Mondays because I am off on that day. I was told if we want our appointment on Mondays I would have to go to a different location which I was OK with that. So they told me that I would have to schedule their appointment with the person that handles the appointment and I will get a callback. Never received the callback, so I gave up. Now when I started my kids payment plan for their braces, I put down $6000 December of 2022 and had a balance that was spread out in 24 months. 24 months has passed and I noticed that a payment didn't come out my account. So I called to see what was going on why the payment didn't come out. The lady I spoke with didn't know why and rushed me off the phone by telling me she will have billing to call me. Never received the callback. So my ex husband told me that he was told at their appointment the payment plan was completed. So I let it go. Today I get a notification from my bank saying the payment was declined because I had my card locked. So I have called 5 times today, no pick up or a call back and I know they're open on Saturdays because the website says they are. I'm sick and tired of how they've been treating me with their communicating. They lack communication skills and I hate this company. I'll be so glad when my kids complete their treatments so we can be done with this company. Please don't go to this company. read more

Please stay 100% away from this place - I received two bills, one for $105 and another for $35 after insurance! When I took my kids to their most recent routine cleaning like I always do they recommended a "Flouride treatment" before proceeding with the treatment of any kind I always check to make sure the treatment is covered by insurance which they guaranteed it was so I proceeded with" the treatment" when I called today to find out why the bill and they quote " We can only go by what the insurance company tells us" so how to do want to take care of this bill? Or we will send you to collections" this is by the office Manager who obviously only care about upselling their patients and tricking us into proceeding with the treatment stating it is 100% covered by insurance and Surprise! Sending me a bill a few weeks later. I requested to speak to someone else other than the office manager and she kept saying there is nobody else but me the " Office Manager" with a tone you can tell she was not willing to help" she only cared about collecting the balance or sending me to collections. After requesting to speak to someone else for the 4th time she finally said she would put on a request for someone else to call me but it was not guaranteed they would! She quoted " if you really want to speak to someone else you need to call us back" I know it's only $135 dollars but this goes beyond just money, it's about not lying to your patients just to make a few extra bucks! I can only imagine if they do this to more patients the few hundred extra bucks they scam turns into thousands of dollars a year! Please please as a new patient always ask to make sure it is covered, ask then to put it in writing. read more

I split a tooth and had part jamned into my gum on a Friday night.....worst part of the week for that! ( Is there a good time for that?...) The great folks were able to get me on Saturday morning to see the DDS to take care of this painful tooth despite being a first time client. Office is convenient to get to. It is very nice inside and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a kids area if you have youngsters. Side note....I already have insurance however the plan they have through their office looks a better than what I have. read more
