Very authentic Korean restaurant Every time we visit Lagrange we always stop Service is very excellent as well and clean

Menu Pt. 1 (as of July 2020)

I can see why one of the earlier ratings was frustrated with the hours - though for us we made that worthless trip on Sunday. We were going by the pamphlet we grabbed a few weeks ago that stated Sunday hours as open (as it was in the past couple years). I understand with the Covid-19 situation that we should be understanding, but it would still be nice to have clarity on basic information like business closure.

Clay pot Seafood, Beef Bulgogi with side dishes. I couldn't help myself with the fish cakes side dish.

Great food and great service. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend the Clay pot seafood, as well as the fish cakes side dish.

There must be a Korean community in Lagrange because I haven't had this kind of Korean food outside my Korean church.

It was fantastic! Authentic, fresh, plentiful and satisfying. My husband got the Pork Bone Soup with Sliced Pork Belly and I got the Beef Bulgogi. Both were absolutely fantastic! We also got the Soju and Rice Wine. The Soju is unique but reminds you of a smooth Saki. The Rice Wine is an effervescent drink and very fresh. We would order it again. As a note, the Rice Wine is large enough for two to share. Before the main course came out, the owner served us two types of Kimchi (cabbage and a radish) and a bowl of bean paste/gochujang blend veggie dip with sweet onion and fresh sliced peppers to dip. Both mains came with a side of steamed white rice and the entrees did not disappoint! We wholeheartedly endorse both. Next time I want to try the seafood pancake... Following dinner, the only dessert option is a small yogurt drink that is very reminiscent of orange sherbet. The perfect size to top off the delicious meal. If you have a chance, do your tastebuds a favor and give this place a try! We will certainly make a point to come back when driving through this area

Beef bulgogi was deliciously served on an iron skillet with rice. Side dishes were good too. One of the owners even gave me a free shot of a Korean non carbonated soda - it was cold, a bit sweet, and thoroughly refreshing. Would definitely come back.

Unfortunately, the food and service didn't live up to the atmosphere. The dishes we received were on the dirty side, which set the tone early. Our server, Hana, was okay overall but not very welcoming, and we felt rushed throughout the meal. We were also told that if one person at the table orders both K-BBQ and hot pot, then everyone has to do the same. I didn't really want the hot pot, but ended up getting it anyway. The hot pot itself was just okay. Because of the lighting, it was difficult to tell when the meat was fully cooked. At other restaurants, I've always been provided oil or butter to help prevent food from sticking to the grill, but here we didn't get that, which made cooking a bit frustrating. Overall, while the ambiance is the highlight, the lack of cleanliness, rushed service, and dining rules mean I won't be returning.

Absolutely love that there's an AYCE KBBQ spot in town, let alone it be "K Pot!"…read more I've had K Pot in Houston and Atlanta, and absolutely love the chain restaurant. The Columbus K Pot location is brand new, being open for about a week. The restaurant is very aesthetic, having a majestic exterior and very beautiful interior. This location seems to be a bit smaller than the Houston / Atlanta locations I've been to, but it's very nicely set up with the space they have . The food was delicious! My group got the Hot Pot and KBBQ combo (Highly recommend). We ordered (what seemed like) all the meats, and ate our Hot Pot simultaneously with the grilled KBBQ. Absolutely loved all the beef (specifically the Brisket, Beef Belly, Short Ribs) and mussels. The service was very friendly and attentive, regularly refilling our drinks and changing our grills. The only improvement I have for this location is the tablet didn't register with the kitchen, so I had to notify the employees of the meats I wanted ordered (versus the intended purpose of the digital tablet). This may just have been a digital error for my tablet, for that day. But I still got what I ordered. This place will be a hot commodity, an absolute must for KBBQ / Hot Pot enthusiasts!

Kinda funny how they noticed that but not when we waved at them for refills before giving up and helping ourselves. Dumplings were half empty. Come on. Make it smaller or fill it up. BULGOGIBEUSUTJEUNGOL was missing mushrooms of one type and the rest were rehydrated. This dish is expensive because using all the fresh mushrooms shown on the menu costs. Dehydrated mushrooms don't const anywhere near so much as fresh. The ol' bait and switch scam....good grief. Oh, and they overfilled the cooking dish with broth. So when it reached a boil, and boiled over onto the table, we were scrambling for napkins to control the flood. I do find it odd that so many reviews on here rave over the food. We enjoyed the food for the most part, but it wasn't any better than any other Korean I've had. Maybe they usually have more cook staff and whoever was back there had to take shortcuts?
