I unfortunately did not see the covid hours sign (printed on a piece of paper taped to the window) until I returned when they were closed. I was annoyed because my receipt said the clothes would be ready at 5pm a week from the day I left them, and under that, the hours listed showed that they were open until 7pm. I wish they would have been more clear so I didn't have to waste my time driving there only to go home and come back another day. They should update their hours if they're closing early and not tell you your clothes will be ready for pick up at the time they close.

I was told the repair would be noticeable. I agreed and paid. When I arrived to pick them up, the seamstress, who is the owner's wife, told me she never did the repair because she did not have the material. No one contacted me. When I asked why I was not called so I could take them elsewhere, she said they do not call customers. That response is unacceptable. This was time sensitive. A single phone call would have allowed me to solve the problem. Instead, my clothing was held with no work done and no notice. When I stated that as a paying customer I expected communication and follow through, she became defensive and accused me of being rude. A refund was offered, but there was no accountability or professionalism. If you expect your clothes to be finished, or expect basic communication, do not go here. This experience showed a complete lack of care and responsibility. I HAD to choose one star to even post!

After they repaired it, one can barely tell the difference between which zipper came with the coat and which one was replaced. Service is great - You might run into sassy Michelle at the front desk. Price/value - they definitely don't charge $1.99 anymore - Current prices for *any* garment: dry cleaning is $4.49; laundry is $3.49. Still pretty affordable though. FYI: they have moved from Somerdale to Voorhees. They are now located in the same shopping as Bangkok City.
