Ok...people working there are nice but the prices are high. There's so many vape shops in close proximity to each other in this area, this shop needs to be more competitive to be a top contender. Granted, they aren't the most outlandish of the local options, but there is only one shop that I could specifically call out for being higher priced. I have no clue what the negative reviews are for. I STILL love this place. The employees are so friendly. I've been going for a few years, but they began to recognize me after a few months. They are easy to talk to, and they even order products they don't carry for you! I was looking for a specific juice and they didn't have it. I simply asked and within 5 mins; while I was still there, he ordered it for me, and told me to call next week when he anticipates it will arrive, so I didn't have to waste gas (in the middle of this gas crisis). I have never imagined that level of thoughtfulness could ever be experienced at a tobacco store. These guys are awesome and personable. Great prices (~15 for salts) on most products. Appears they have a good selection, at least they had the juice my husband needed. I came in with my husbands vape that all of a sudden had an error message that we couldn't figure out how to fix. The clerk spent two minutes looking at it then handed it back to me and said " go on utube to figure out how to get to the settings to fix it". I know how to get to the settings, and already spent the time on utube trying to figure it out. He then proceeded to try to sell me the top of the line Vape. We're from out of town, and the shop we use at home will for sure know how to fix the vape we have. Not at all impressed with the service received here, and will not be returning. read more

I like Tobacco Plus. Even though it's in a seedy strip mall in downtown Springfield, even though it seems like some kind of underground railroad for drug dealers to frequent, even though it needs renovation somehow, and even though their prices are a smidgen high on incense, I still like coming here. Mainly because they're the only place in the area that carry specific things I like buying. And mainly because that guy Ben that works there is just a really nice dude. They sell a variety of really strange things for a tobacco shop. I mean, there are collapsable batons, cheap made in china knives. If you need rolling papers, you're sure to find some you need here. They literally have an entire case dedicated to that. Cig prices aren't too bad here and they have drinks and small snacks in case you develop a case of the munchies. It's good to have a local shop I can go to. I just wish the area were better, but then again, I've been saying that for about ten years now about downtown Springfield.. read more

I used to love this place but their attendant just tried to charge me 31.00 for one bottle of Melon Twist. Used to be 15.99. When I called him out he said oh 21.99. Wtf scam is this place running. This place is a little sketch with sketchy clientele. I came here shopping for cigars. They had a small selection, but the man working was somewhat helpful and even threw in a free cigar. I couldn't find this place since the shopping center is doing some renovations, and tried calling but no one answered the phone. While inside the phone rang and he didn't answer it either. I don't really know what else to say about this place except I felt uncomfortable inside and wanted to get the heck out as soon as possible. read more

I was waiting to meet my Mom (who bitches when anyone else is late, but has never been on time in her life). I waited so long my juice supply dwindled. I did a quick search and found this place nearby. Like another reviewer stated, it is located in the seedy, underbelly of Springfield. However, the mini market for all things inhalable was run by a nice gentleman and he had a large amount of vape stock. He offers at least 15 different mods and dozens of juices. He had all my favorites and my preferred mg & coils in stock. I've found that Vape shops are either a big hit or a big miss. This was a big hit. read more

You can't beat the excellent customer service you will receive. I've been going to him for 7yrs now with not one negative experience. He has a wide selection of vape juice, tanks, mods, coils, cigarettes, lighters, pipe tobacco and other items. You will not find better prices for these items around this area. I went to this store to purchase a disposable hookah; while I was checking out at the register, I grabbed a piece of gum to purchase and the man behind the register said "you are F***** stealing!!" "Get out of my store!!!" I was so shocked, as I have never shoplifted in my life and I was purchasing an $11 hookah and was being accused of shoplifting a 35cent gumstick. Goes to show a lot about the quality of management at this store - extremely poor, ignorant, and unprofessional. I will never step foot in this store again. read more
