Sadly a SO CALLED NEW MANAGER ARRIVED,THAT RUNS ANOTHER LOCATION&HAS DISRUPTED THE ..clients,regulars with specific purchases..HOW?-HE TOOK TONS ON SPECIALTY items that are guaranteed sales at this location..WHY WOULD HE SABATAGE A STORE&THEIR REGULAR CLIENTELE?? Not only suspicions but totally unprofessional by all accounts. Regulars for 9+yrs,as I am,he took my regular order out with many others clients for NO REASON,this is guaranteed sales,is he privately selling off grid,is he purposefully hurting the employees, what reason?? As a high powered sales person since 83,&owning my own stores&4 websites..I cannot see a reason for this inexplicable nonsence. All employees inside store are fully qualified to either manage or co manage this high traffic store with so so many regulars. Tyler did an amazing job with his staff. The saddest lies withen the purposefull SABATAGE, 1000-2000$++weekly..for no reason other than selfishness, petty authoritarian type managing,or just plain insensitivity towards loyal clients and employees. It's obvious he's not capable of caring for either company or clients or employees. Fire him&bring the store back to awesome employees and the clients, for which this "so called NEW MANAGER "-CARES NOTHING ABOUT..

She was like "I SAID (like legit yelled) king size or 1 14th. I was so confused. And then she put the cones on the counter, I said "oops... my bad?" The she started saying "well if I say kings size or 1 1/4th that's what I said" but like in a raised tone and I said "okay, but why are you talking to me like this?" And she was like "because I can talk however I want" and I said "...you're doing a lot" and she was like "I can do alot if I want" and I said " you can, but maybe do it to someone who actually deserves it" then she voided my transaction. It was such a bizarre interaction. Clearly she's going through a lot but customers aren't your punching bag lol, go to therapy or call a friend. There's so many other smoke shops that have employees who are more chill. The other employees here are nice but I'm not coming back. Buying a pack of raw cones is like a 20 second interaction. Not worth the headache. There's a smoke shop on minnieville near blades barber. It's quiet and peaceful in there.

I was trying to explain to him that when I bought it, I assumed it was full and the "liquid" was showing near the top but he kept cutting me off. I asked for my lighter back 2x. I could not believe this guy had physically grabbed the lighter from my hand and was snapping at me and making fun of me for not filling it. I ended up leaving without my lighter (I think that's petty theft), shocked and dumbfounded.

Update from feb 2020. This place still horrible Customer…read moreservice this man with the gold grill decided to card me which would be cool if he carded me last week and the week before and the week before. I know the guy that owns this place he also owns the one in Woodbridge I go all the time. This decide to tell me I'm still "barking" I'm not going to run "no show over here" when all I asked is why he asked me for my Id and why he wasn't asking anyone else. He then tried to rip my card out of the machine to prevent me from spending money here. At this point I'll have to file a complaint with the better business bureau and call the police to make sure they are aware this business isn't following the state law. I have had so many bad experiences at this location... it's crazy I'm still spending money there. This location has to be the worse. In my most recent visit they rushed me out the store as they were in such a hurry to close. The gentleman that manages this location sits usually and tells the other guy to do majority of the work. My issue with the other guy is that he doesn't pay attention last time I was in here he literally took 4 people in front of me while I was standing there I had to make it a point to ask him why I wasn't being assisted when I had been in the store for almost 20 minutes. This visit they don't even have the same stock. I know the owner of the Woodbridge one and he is SO nice and helpful. I can't spend money at this lovANYMORE ... moving forward I'll go to woodbridge or order offline

They don't answer their phone so I guess they gotta take this L ‍they sold me a defective product…read moreand I'm trying to reach them to get info in the return, but I guess I have to go into the store to ask- which I don't want to do simply because if I go and there's nothing they can do for me, I'm going to be a little upset that I had to make the drive all the way over Edit: they finally answered- I'm calling bc my Smok Nord 2 has died where both pods started leaking (a common issue I've seen while reading many reviews) the attendant told me that I WAS THE REASON this device died- he said that the device will overheat when put in a pocket and it'll melt the plastic pod and cause it to leak. I asked him what device he would suggest and he basically told me if I had that problem w the Nord then I would have the same issue w every device. I've had pens w buttons on the outside before and I've NEVER had this issue. Lesson learned I'm never coming back to this store and I suggest you don't either. Edit 2: I've read plenty of reviews that say the same thing- the nord2 is just leaky in general- guess the attendant didn't know this and I should've done my research instead of taking the attendants word at the point of sale. So this guy at the store is completely out of pocket.
