Even after my appointment she made sure I was taking care of and had everything I needed. As for the dr. herself.... I wasn't very comfortable with her. I felt she was judging and lecturing me about applying for the card rather than helping me through the process. At one point during the appointment she made a comment that felt more like an insult. I will remain a customer for vape docs merchandise, but will be looking for a different doctor to see for my follow up every 7 months.

Recently switched vape shops and doctors and having much better experiences. Cindy is one of the meanest people I have met in my life. She has no patience for the customer and always treats me like and explicitly states that I am unintelligent simply for not understanding her explanations to certain things the first time and ask her to repeat herself. Truly the rudest person I've ever dealt with in customer service, and she's there every day. The doctor, meanwhile, is fully aware of his assistants behavior (who is the only person you'll deal with). She ignores calls and text messages and often does not return them. ***** She lied to me and told me they cannot legally alter my allotment until it was time to renew, which is 100% false, my new doctor has told me and he can change my allotment whenever. He also gave me 4 ounces instead of 2.5, which Dr. Parzynski's assistant was unwilling to assist me with doing as well. ***** She also refused to explain the MMUR website, how it works, and how to read my allotments. Only place I can ever sa I could give negative stars.
