They even replaced a missing button and had both items professionally cleaned and pressed in a very short amount of time. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a reliable cleaner that delivers excellent results with fast turnaround times and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend MJ Cleaners. I'll definitely be returning for all of my future dry cleaning and tailoring needs.

When I first dropped my dress off, the woman was upfront and honest with me and said that some of the stains may not come out. She said she would dry clean it and if the stains came out then she would get it preserved in a box. A few weeks later she called and said it came out perfectly and then charged me for the preservation. She could have easily charged me up front for both but she did not. All of the stains and dirt have been completely removed and my dress looks brand new. I couldn't be happier with how my dress turned out and I highly recommend this dry cleaners.

I was greeted quickly by a nice Korean lady who was efficient in getting my phone number registered and my items cataloged. They do their dry cleaning onsite, so they are able to have quick turnaround - I dropped my items off on a Saturday morning and they were done by Monday afternoon. My only gripe is that they are a little pricey - $20 for a skirt suit and 2 shirts, and their prices are not posted anywhere obvious. I will have to shop around for a little bit, but have no complaints about the quality of service provided here.

The woman who owns it is so friendly and remembers me each time I come - she always asks how my family is and what I am up to. Not only is she super nice, but she does a great job. She has done hems for pants and dresses, taken in dresses, and added bra cups and straps to dresses. She does a great job and she gets it done fast - she asks you when you need it by and she always has it done in advance. All have been reasonably priced especially compared to other tailors around here that will charge you a fortune - no one wants to pay more for alterations than they pay for the dress! The dry cleaning prices are comparable to others in this area and they have same day pick up if you need it.

I was told the repair would be noticeable. I agreed and paid. When I arrived to pick them up, the seamstress, who is the owner's wife, told me she never did the repair because she did not have the material. No one contacted me. When I asked why I was not called so I could take them elsewhere, she said they do not call customers. That response is unacceptable. This was time sensitive. A single phone call would have allowed me to solve the problem. Instead, my clothing was held with no work done and no notice. When I stated that as a paying customer I expected communication and follow through, she became defensive and accused me of being rude. A refund was offered, but there was no accountability or professionalism. If you expect your clothes to be finished, or expect basic communication, do not go here. This experience showed a complete lack of care and responsibility. I HAD to choose one star to even post!

When I went into Kings Guard, the owners were nothing but sweet. The lady was so excited to help me, she knew the only thing I needed was for the dress to be taken in on the sides and shorten the straps a little. I put the dress on, she pinned everything, and we agreed it was a perfect fit. She wrote me up a slip, advised it would be $60, and to come back in two days to pick it up. Awesome. I go back a few days later to pick it up, try the dress on, and I can't even zip up the back. Apparently, they have a seamstress off-site that does alterations & she took the dress in too much. Fine, the lady at the shoppe said she would have it taken care of within 48 hours, which was good! I go back in 2 more days to try the dress on again & now it fits perfect. Here's my problem: I was charged $80 total. When asked why the $20 extra charge, the lady said it was because the dress had to be sent back a second time to get fixed, and it costs them money to do that. Uhmmmm, ok, but it wasn't my fault the dress was taken in too much the FIRST time. I hate confrontation, so I questioned her once, she said that's how it is, I paid the $80, and went on my merry way. I loved the shoppe at first, they are sweet people, but I'm not keen on their customer service / resolution methods. Sadly, I will not be going back. Sorry, Kings Guard!
