From beginning to end, everything was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. Devonne was responsive, professional, and genuinely accommodating throughout the entire process. The bus was in immaculate condition, and he arrived on time and came prepared with thoughtful touches--complimentary ice, water, hookah, and birthday décor that really made the day feel special. His presence was the perfect balance of laid-back and attentive. He checked in on us throughout the ride to make sure everyone was having a great time (which we absolutely were!). The karaoke was a hit, the music stayed flowing, and the energy was just right the entire day. We visited three wineries, stayed perfectly on schedule, and returned without a single hiccup. Once everyone in my family was fully vaccinated, we began to plan the long awaited reunion. Since I wasn't entirely sure of her schedule, I wasn't able to book until the day before we needed the driver so I was very happy that Culdesac was able to accommodate. From my initial phone inquiry until our drop off, every interaction with the business was professional. During my first phone call, I was able to book a driver for 5 hours to take us to a winery in Virginia. The winery is located over an hour away, so it was nice to be able to relax and not worry about driving. Everything was pretty seamless. Our driver (Rachid) was so professional and even arrived a few minutes early. He was a safe driver, kind and accommodating despite the non-stop storytelling and giggling between me, my sister and a childhood friend throughout the entire ride. Their pricing was upfront and pretty in line with quotes that I received from other businesses as well (and pricing was pretty transparent which I appreciate!) Culdesac not only contacted me the same day, but they were the only ones who provided me with any form of communication, and I've yet to hear back from the other 2 companies. That alone catapulted Culdesac to 5 star status in my book! I had 11 people in my group and was suggested a 14 passenger Mercedes Sprint Van, picking up from IAD to downtown Washington for $275, which included tax and gratuity. I believe I spoke to Sammy, who was very helpful and friendly. Fast forward to February... The day before our trip, Sammy called me to reconfirm, and sent me our driver's name and number. A hiccup happened to our trip, and I sent Derek a text to come to the airport earlier than we agreed upon. Culdesac called to verify we needed an earlier pickup, Derek kept me in the loop of his transit time, and he came to the spot we told him we were at. Super professional! We decided to use Culdesac to take us back to the airport. Again the day before, I got a call and email reconfirming my pickup at 1:30 pm. We were told that Derek was going to take us back, but unfortunately a hiccup occured where his appointment was going to run over, so Derek texted me that someone else will pick us up, and not to worry. A few minutes after the text, Culdesac called me to say Derek was being replaced by Sam, and they texted me his number. Sam arrived at 1:15 in a 20 passenger van, just as nice as the Mercedes Sprinter, and even newer! It was also handicapped accessible, which was a good thing to remember if someone was disabled. He was just as courteous and got us to the airport safely and quickly. I honestly believe this company deserves 5 stars. They were professional, easy to get a hold of via email and phone, and communicated with me from start to finish. They charged my card after the service was completed, and the tip and tax was included in the fee. I would gladly use them again if I am back in the DC area.
