Fast forward two years later and I had an emergency and Baron came to the rescue. At 9:45pm I got a call from my main bus company saying that one of their coaches broke down and they wouldn't have a third bus for a trip we were host the next morning. The first person I called was Claudine because she had given me her cell number two years earlier. I told her our problems and within 40 minutes she had a bus and a driver locked in for my trip Needless to say, this doesn't normaly happen so I was very thankful. The bus was clean, on time and the driver was very professional. They have a customer for life!

The dispatcher was very helpful in the matter and was able to get us two 30 person buses to our location 2 hours after our scheduled departure so that the day was not completely ruined and we appreciated that. That alone would not have garnered a negative review from me, I get it, mistakes happen; but how you respond to those mistakes is what matters. So when I called during the week to hopefully get some form of reim or at the very least an official apology for the mistake, I was ignored! Five texts left on 'read', multiple calls not returned, multiple emails not replied to. Not once did I yell at anyone or give anyone a hard time, I simply stated that we did not receive the service that we paid for and I was hoping for some sort of refund or compensation for the trouble. Complete radio silence from the company. I don't understand what I did to earn such a disrespectful unprofessional (non) response. Be cautious to anyone considering this company, they use Zelle for their transactions and so when they make a mistake you have no way to get your money back and they refuse to take accountability for their mistakes.
