Once I passed and saw they were open and decided to get an extra pound of smoked pork from here as well. It has changed in a drastic way. the "smoked" pork now has an ever intrusive taste of liquid smoke, to the point we threw most of it away (that is a real bad sign at my house.) Giving an update of 2 stars as I know they can do better, but alas I don't know it will change. The owner is very friendly as well. I don't thing there is really good bbq in town at this point.
