I had the most pleasant experience with an employee there. If memory serves me right, I believe her nametag said "Piper". We both shared that we were full-time students at MSU. She was kind enough to ask me how my morning was starting and wished me a good day. I don't feel like this type of service is as typical anymore. Anyway, She was lovely and I believe my coffee tasted better after she made it. I would typically visit Starbucks down the street on the way to class, but thinking i'll reconsider following this experience! Depending on what staff is working also determines your wait time. Tracy and Paige are absolute pleasures of humans, but even the best staff can lead to a thirty minute drive thru time. Today, we waited an hour for two drinks and a muffin. Again, I love it here, have studied here, know the staff well and wouldn't go anywhere else in Murray for coffee. You just sometimes get a messed up order, a messed up drink, or an infuriating wait time. Very cute atmosphere and reasonable prices for drinks. Food is pretty expensive.

They were so helpful and accommodating, even offering to let me walk through kitchen to get to the coffee side of the shop because it was raining. My wife loved the cobb salad and I loved the homemade chocolate ice cream and cookies. I even made her go back in and get me a BLT sandwich. If we ever had to come back this way it will be a definite stop. So glad we came and could support such a great community spot.
