They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs. While they are quite busy, I really appreciated their work ethic and their skills.

The staff is nice and quick to make repairs, and are super detailed-oriented…read more After an accident that involved a wheel had falling another car and hitting the front of my car at a high speed, I had brought my car to my insurance's adjusters to get the car looked over before I brought it the auto-body shop for body repairs (I had to do this because I was using insurance to make this repair). My insurance had missed that the collision had cracked the container that held my windshield wiper fluid. It was the auto-body shop that did notice this, contacted my insurance for me, got them to approve the repair, and repaired it for me without any additional costs to me (which was AWESOME). PLUS they borrowed me a loaner car while the repairs were done! I hope I never have another accident, but if I do and need any auto-body repair, they're the people I'll see.

They are polite, professional, experienced, employees are all top notch for knowledge and professionalism and they stand by their work. If I had to say one thing that is not the best it's parking since their parking lot was a little busy but again that is so minor it's hardly worth mentioning. Newport Collision has done several other repairs for my family. I couldn't be happier with their work. Collision work, fixing hail dents, bumper and fender repair, all made my cars look great. Their front office is small and clean, their staff is very pleasant and organized. And when I drive home from their shop, my cars look and drive like new. Very impressive! I found out that Newport Collision Center has new ownership and the business has changed. I was given a quote for the work and we agreed on a date to bring the car in. After I dropped may car off I got a call a few days later that the owner was not happy with the quote and wanted to charge more. I agreed to the new price and when I went to pick up my car, not all of the work was done. Some of what was worked on did not look good. I went to pick the car 3 times and found that what we agreed to was not done. They did not complete the work even after I agreed to a requote. I had 3 other jobs done here under the old ownership and the work was flawless.

He went to the office and returned with an estimate which he said was better. I took it and left quickly - later got a better look and found he was charging $81 more than the original, rather high estimate! This was his idea of "giving you a break" on the pricing. As I was in a hurry to get the work done, I left my car there and eventually paid the first estimate. The experience left me with a bad feeling about Bonfe's, even though the work done was very good.
