I spoke with him on the phone and we went over what I tried and what it might be, and I was satisfied enough to have my vehicle towed in that afternoon. Knowing that my business depends on my vehicle running, they verified my suspicions before closing and Mark let me know that it would take a couple hours to fix come morning. Sure enough, it was ready before noon the next day, and considering a fuel pump replacement on my F150 requires dropping the fuel tank to do, it was a very quick turn around! The quality of the work was superb and communication was excellent the whole way through. The price for parts and labor was also well below some of the other quotes I was given which was only icing the cake! There is a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor, but I'm sure it won't be an issue. Top notch garage. I would recommend them to anybody.

When I went to the shop, I noticed that the rear window was torn up. I pointed this issue out to the staff members. These people tried to gaslight me and said that I "dropped off the car as is." Not to mention they added unnecessary charges such as a new starter because one of their techs burnt out the starter. They also made me pay for a new flywheel, which was not needed because they did not service the rear main seal. The car was never the same since then.
