DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The "repair" was completed Monday and it is Saturday and my ice maker still doesn't work. Tyrone has not responded to multiple texts, emails and voice mails. The local number and the cell number go to his phone. I don't believe anyone else works at this company; so it's just Tyrone. Another company is coming next week. It'll be interesting to see what they say. I have filed a claim with my bank and will file a claim in small claims court if the bank is unable to resolve. To those who had good experiences, consider yourselves lucky. I hope the others also filed claims as he shouldn't be in business. read more

Things started out great.... Tyrone came by and assessed my dryer, told me the issue and gave us a quote! He said the part should come in 3-5 business days and he would call us to schedule the repair appointment once the part came in... over the next two weeks I called 3 times. I left two voicemails and spoke to a gentlemen on the phone who seemed confused as to why it's been that long and I hadn't heard anything. Maybe the part wasn't in? He said he would call me back. I waited two more days and nothing. So I called again. Spook to the same gentlemen who again acted confused and said the part is in and he would confirm "some things" and call me back. I gave him another day with no call back before I asked my step father to call. After 3 phone calls over 2 more days he finally got Tyrone on the phone who gave a sad story of a medical issue and an apology and asked if he could come to the house Monday of the following week (fourth week now) for the repair. Lo and behold... he never showed. He ghosted us. We were out a month of time without a working dryer and had to start from scratch. What wonderful customer service don't you think! Looking through other reviews, it looks like excuses have been deaths in the family, accidents and now a medical issue for me! A simple "too busy", communication of any kind and dependability would've been appreciated and expected of a business like this. read more

Did not show at all more than once! Did not come at scheduled time block! Replaced a control board for $355 that took more than a month to get and it did the same thing as the old one! (I think it was a used board!!!) Finally had a reputable repair company come and they did a great job...problem solved! I'm out $355 and I'm sure I'll never see it again! Oh well. I scheduled my repair on a Saturday from 10-12. The repairman texted me that morning saying he'd be there at 9:46 AM. I told him I'd be at home at 10. He moved on to the next appointment and tried to reschedule later that day. He then texted me saying his manager told him to come back to the office and not come for my repair because it was an hour away. I'm never using this service again. I scheduled a repair with TNT. They failed to show up for the appointment, so we rescheduled. Again, nothing. Eventually they ghosted me. A simple, "can't do it" would have sufficed. read more

I wish there was a star less than 1. I also wish I had read these reviews before I hired TNT to come out. I could have saved myself $286. They charged me $186 for a part that I see online that costs $55. I asked to see the receipt and Tyrone said he would "request" it. I haven't seen it. The other $100 was for labor. He told me they have a "90 day warranty". I doubt I will see the $100 either. They came out (him and his son) to fix my dishwasher. Told me the part would come in 1 to 3 days. Over a week later, I reached out. Then they said it normally takes a week to come in. They said the soap dispenser needed to be replaced. On the scheduled day of repair, he texted me telling me his truck was broke down and he was waiting on a mobile repairman to come. The day stretched out and he pushed it to the following Mon. He showed up, installed the part, and left. It didn't fix the issue. I texted him and sent a pic that same night. He then told me it was probably the board. I declined getting him further involved to order more parts, which at this point seemed more like troubleshooting, instead of an experienced repairman fixing the issue from the start. I am now out $286 and am paying more money to replace with a new dishwasher. I have left a voicemail, texted. Tyrone is ignoring me now when I have been asking when and how I will receive reimbursement from their "90 day warranty". Total waste of time and money! read more

Do not use this repair service, not reliable. replace ice unit that did not to be replaced and fail to leave old parts. Fail to return once they were notify that the orginal issues was not fixed..... can not trust this company. read more

Tyrone came out and changed the cord on our dishwasher which he said was singed. He then left and said it was in working condition. We then noticed that the panel under the dishwasher was bent and now will not fully extend open. The next day my husband says who did you have out here because the dishwasher won't turn on without shorting the circuit breaker. This has been a full on nightmare. Now a few weeks later the front panel of our dishwasher is falling off because one of the screws is halfway removed and bent. Super. Thanks Tyrone read more

sept 26 tyrone of tnt appliance repair came out to work on refriderate. said needed part, paid $367.00 to order part. three weeks later, called for them to come. oct 23rd tyrone came put in part, paid $125.00. this did not fix refriderate. called next day and the next day and the next and the next and the next. left messages no return calls. refriderate still not fixed. i want my money back. bad business!!!! read more

I called on October 9th 2023 to seek help with a dryer repair. Tyrone showed up to my residence to do a diagnostic for me. He stated that the dryer needed a timer and quoted me a price I agree to the price the part had to be ordered. He stated he would return to my residence on October 11th. He returned to complete half of the job to tell me he would have to come back later that day. He later texted to tell me he injured his hand and would come on October 13th to finish the job to my surprise he never showed. Long story short another repair company was contacted on October 16th to inform me that it was not the timer instead the panel board was malfunctioning and that Tyrone broke a piece on my dryer that he failed to tell me. I will never use the company again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I still haven't heard from TNT. read more

Unprofessional to the core. Used their service 3 weeks ago for my refrigerator. Technician named Tyrone came out and explained to change the filter and decrease the amount of food in my freezer to fix the lack of coolness in my refrigerator and freezer. I asked for a freon check just in case which he said no. Said if that did not work then to call back and they'll do another diagnostic. I paid $80 for the initial inspection and did what was asked. Unfortunately, weeks later nothing changed. I called at least 4x and left messages but never received a response. The one time someone did answer I was told to give it a couple more days and they will return and never did. The owner has been dodging me since. Called today after and a new woman answers claiming the whole trip never happened but failed to realize I have the invoice. Insinuating I am lying about received service. Even after I told her I spoke with the owner once before. I advise not to use this service because of the lack of professionalism from the owner and manger (assuming it was the manager). If they felt they did not want to follow up or complete the job all that had to be said was they didn't feel comfortable working on a repair when all I asked was for possible freon check along with a filter change. This company took advantage of the fact I'm a woman and a veteran assuming I was not smart enough to figure out what might be wrong and took my money. I do plan to file a complaint with the BBB. read more

I had to reach out 3 times. finally told me it came in and then cancelled on the install. asked to reschedule and he had restocked the item. If I could give a minus 1 I would. I made an appointment with them yesterday between 1to2....my husband waited until 3:30....no one showed up. How unprofessional and rude. I contacted them and they applied and scheduled another appointment today 10 to 12. It's now pass noon no calls no show AGAIN. I text Tyrone who said he couldn't talk now. This company claims to be 4.9 stars. I DONT THINK SO. They are unreliable....don't call this company! If I did my job like this I would have been fired.
