I had a very negative experience with the owners of this location. While I was waiting in line outside a neighboring store, I was told to leave and was ultimately trespassed from the property. What made the situation especially frustrating was that there were more than 20 people in the area, yet only my group of three was singled out and removed. When I tried to understand why we were being targeted, I felt the owners were dismissive and rude rather than professional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. read more

I went to get an acrylic fill and the lady didn't take off my nail that was lifting, she just put acrylic over it. Within the next few days it falls off. I go back to get the one nail fixed and i wait over 30 minutes without any acknowledgement. I walked out and went back the next day to get the same nail fixed. After waiting again, I finally get it fixed but it is horrible. The nail is chunky and not the same color. After all that they made me pay $10 to fix THEIR mistake. Within 2 weeks I've lost 3 nails including the one i payed for them to "fix". They only care about their "regulars". First time i came in a customer checked herself out behind the counter. Second time i went in, an older lady seated herself while other people including me were waiting. The lady that did my nails was on her phone the whole time. Do not recommend. The service was HORRIBLE!!! There were 4 technicians on their phones when I entered the business. It took one technician who was getting her nails done by another technician several minutes to acknowledge that a client had walked through the door! She finally said something to the manager, who never left her position of having her bare feet propped up on the nail table with her face in her phone. She glanced at me and asked what I needed and before I could respond her face was back in her phone! She passed me on to a technician who was so busy on her phone, it took her a couple of minutes to start my service. She was giggling and talking to someone more important I assume because getting started on her client was not a priority! After she learned that I only wanted the acrylic off my natural nails that were about half and inch long, she kept trying to up sell me. I understand that's her job, but once I've told you NO twice, just do the service I requested! Since the up sell didn't work, she became rough taking the acrylic off and it became painful! When she got to the fingernail that was already painful because it bent backwards, she kept squeezing it! I literally snatched my hand away once because it was so painful. When she finished removing the acrylic, my nails were ripped and so uneve, I had her just cut them down to the fingertips! I know! You're asking why did I stay! It was late in the evening and after hitting the nail repeatedly all day while I was setting up a party, I HAD to get it removed!!! But, I won't be back! The only positive thing that happened during this incident was that one of the young men did look up from his phone long enough to suggested I get some biotin for my nails! read more

This salon apparently just re-opened with new owners! Kim and B are awesome! They're friendly and very humble. They took their time giving me a great mani pedi. They thanked me for coming in and offered me a refreshment. My comfort was their top priority while I was being serviced. I felt so pampered. We gave it a try and won't again. The girls that did the pedicures were great. Then we had to wait 1-1/2 hours for my daughter to get her nails taken off. She was sitting in a chair for over an hour "soaking her nails" and peeling them off herself. The only reason they helped her is after an hour I asked how much longer she'd be sitting there. Picture of nails is how they had her leave. Terrible service when it got to the nails. No apologies or anything. Won't be back. Sad cause my daughter has been in a couple times before. New owners and I agree, please don't read any of the reviews before September 2019. Kim is the BEST! She has been taking care of my nails for about 5 years now. Gel, acrylic tips, SNS, designs, she is great. These are the nails she did for my daughter's wedding. The acrylic tips with SNS that Kim did lasted 4 weeks!!!! Kim and her husband will definitely give you the time that you deserve/need. It may just be them at times, but they are still brand new and figuring it all out employee/customer wise. Try them! This was a bad experience for me. They kept taking walk-ins even if there wasn't enough time to finish before closing. Then, they rushed through my nails and did not want to take the time to fix them per my request. I usually am very lenient and patient, so it takes a lot for me to level a bad review. Waited 5 HOURS and was charged over regular price for a full set; even after I suggested to the owner that I should get a discount for waisting half my day in their waiting room while she sat people before me. This was on a Thursday afternoon as well; I know better than to go on a weekend or Friday. Horrible. My nail tech was surly and lazy. Never introduced himself or cracked a smile. The only other tech in the place had the sourpuss and demeanor of a prison matron 19 years from retirement. My pedicure - with French polish was completed in 21 minutes. Twenty . . .fn . . .one . . . There was a roach crawling on the floor during my service - nail tech stuck his foot out and squished it - but left the dead carcass on the floor. I guess he didn't want to 'spoil' his best 'time.' Because he really did appear to be trying to keep or beat some sort of personal record for fastest pedicure in the world. He also knocked over my purse, spilling my cheese and crackers (aka Lunchable - lol) on to the floor (the only thing I'd eaten since last night) - so there goes my $1.86. Polish was thick and gloppy. Massage chair was ineffectual. No massage, no hot towels and the cup of water I asked for was warm with debris floating on it. Also - they are liars and cheats. I saw the negative reviews - but went here anyway because my Mother recommended the place (said they were less crowded than Diamond Nails (in the same plaza). Now I know why they are never crowded. Side eye. When I asked if the basic pedicure (since the price menu only listed one type of pedicure - see pic) included hot towels and massage? Nail tech said No. My Mother (who was there with me but declined service since the only other tech was busy) actually called the tech a liar when he told me that the regular pedicure did not include hot towels and a massage. She said she had been there at least 3 times and had never had a fancy pedicure. His response: stone face. When I asked what were the other types of pedicures. He said, "we only have 2 type. Regular and Fancy. Fancy is $32." When I asked what's the difference between the two. He replied, "scrub and mask." Okay. So by that logic - the hot towels should have been included in the regular?!?! Ridiculous. Run ... don't walk . . . away from this establishment. read more

I was from out of town and had chipped nail polish. Went to get a color change to shellac French and it looked nice but I told her that there was extra polish attached to my skin. She said don't pick at it and it was because my nails were short. She wouldn't fix it. The other salons always file the extra off. Also only put one coat of polish. Every where else I have been puts two. I'm disappointed for the price. I don't recommend this place to anyone in the area. read more

Nice couple providing good customer service. The pedicure I got looks fabulous. My issue is that my nails lasted less than a week before the edges started lifting. I was the first one there on the morning so everything looked clean. Would be better if they used disposable files and callous removers. Yes on pedicures, no on nails. read more
