Worst customer service ever. My husband and I both contacted them many times by phone and email. We did get in touch with them in regards to a roof for our rzr, and they would tell us they would call us back or email us back and they NEVER did. My husband started trying to reach out to them weeks before his trip to AZ in which he was hoping to pick up this roof, but they would never even let him know if there was one available, and that was after him and I both emailed them the pictures of our tmw cage that we need a roof for. They just blew us off more times than we can count. I do not recommend them at all. read more

These guys are amazing. I've been a huge pain in Doug's butt with some doors I bought and unable to get them set and adjusted to fit my Can Am. So far I'm not impressed. They have good quality products. But customer service sucks. I've called twice and asked why my order hasn't shipped yet. And they said that they're waiting on my doors. But my others items are ready. I asked them to ship them separately and they still haven't shipped so I called again and they told me the same story. But I was charged for it. Send out the stuff you have and post your wait times online so people know. So frustrating read more

I bought a TMW cage and front bumper and couldn't be happier with the quality! The welds are flawless, design looks great, and I'm really really happy with it. To top it all off, I lost a couple of the roof fasteners, but a quick email to Doug and he sent me a handful the next day. Doug has been a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend their roll cages! Tested one out (accidentally) at the dunes in December. Their customization kits are pretty sweet too. Doug is super friendly and very helpful! I bought a gopro camera from them and it works great and Doug helped me find the perfect one for what I needed. read more

My light bar got ripped off My jeeps windshield mount at a car wash (wires and all) while it was going through the tunnel. I didn't know what to do cuz i couldn't get ahold of the person who installed it for me. That's when a friend told me to call TMW. I called, and the guy (Cole) said they'd look at it so I drove right down and they fixed it all within less than thirty minutes and left it in better condition than it was before. The guys here definitely know what they're doing when it comes to their jobs!! I guess the guy that had installed the light bar had wired it all wrong but they exceeded my expectations and fixed that Too while they were at it. Highly recommend. read more

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company COST me money and didn't deliver the product I asked for. To make matters WORSE their customer service became VERY unfriendly and unwilling to help me out with correcting my order and correcting their mistake. Ordered a cage for my 2016 RAZR XP4. Gave specific color codes, repeatedly asked the representative as to what color they had because I was looking for a Cardinal Red or a Red-Orange color and wanted it more red than orange. Gave the specific color code again. I was assured it was, in fact, RED orange in color. I was charged $890 for them to powder coat this thing the obviously INCORRECT color. Meanwhile, my vehicle wrap came in, customized buttons, seats, etc. all to coordinate with this Cardinal Red color. Shipment of the cage finally comes in and I unwrap it...there is no mistaking or even close to calling this thing RED in any way. It is completely ORANGE. I didn't ask for a refund or even a reshipment, I simply asked for the company to cover the cost of powder coating the cage components to the correct color I ordered. Local powder coating is charging $600 (less than what TMW charged me) and they offered a mere $175 for my compensation. It's upsetting they didn't want to help any further than that being that they already charged $890 for the wrong color! I would have been happy even if this cage came delivered just red. They are very disappointing and shouldn't say that they specialize in CUSTOMIZING when they obviously can't tell the difference between orange and red-orange. read more

Going with a 0 as well... went to get a steering wheel set up. The kid, Cole at the front sold me all the parts, which one was the wrong one for the wheel to be installed, so it would not work. Brought it back. Time out of my day for their error. Told him that I did not appreciated it. Dude says " accidents happen, right" with a smile on his face. Well, you accidentally get a 0 for customer service and after a little more research a 0 for being overpriced. Don't mind paying a little more for knowledgeable and history in an industry but not arrogant incorrect parts selling knowledge. read more
