This should have been my first clue of incompetence. Then I receive a bill in June from the MD Comptroller's office stating that I owe more than what was filed on my taxes. When I bring this to Joye and her teams attention. I don't hear from them for weeks. She goes on vacation for three weeks with no follow up response from the Comptroller's office. Now I am past my deadline for payment and will have to pay additional late fees. AVOID this business at all cost. They do not know what they are doing. In addition, effective, and timely communication with sensitive matters are not a priority.

I can handle doctors, dentists, needles and even surgery, but financial advisors give me the willies. Sometimes that means you pay more but you don't want to pay less and find out that you aren't covered.
