He knows a lot about the phones and T-Mobile, and was also really fast to double-check any info he was unsure of, which made me feel secured in my final choice! He also casually asked about my home internet, which I was unsatisfied, and offered T-Mobile Internet to test for 15 days, with much cheaper pricing and great data. I couldn't resist! So far, so good, I'm happy with it and planning to cancel my old internet plan. Entered looking just for a phone, and left with a phone+accessories+home internet, while feeling taken cared off and very satisfied with my purchase! Thank you, Alex! And thanks to T-Mobile too!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the customer service staff, particularly Mel, who…read morewas rude, argumentative, and difficult to communicate with throughout my visit. Mel and another employee did not properly diagnose my phone, yet they attempted to claim there were damages that I did not believe were present. When I questioned this, Mel argued with me and repeatedly insisted that she had explained what happened, when that was not my experience of the interaction. I was also uncomfortable with Mel repeatedly asking me to provide private information publicly. I made it clear multiple times that I wanted to protect my personal data and did not consent to discussing or providing sensitive information where others could hear it. I should not have had to repeatedly explain that I wanted my privacy respected. The entire interaction was embarrassing and unprofessional. If you work in the phone repair business, customers should be able to expect a proper diagnosis, clear communication, respect for their privacy, and basic courtesy. I am asking management to review the security camera footage from around 1:15 p.m. so they can see how this interaction was handled and evaluate the conduct of their employees for themselves. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses both the customer-service and privacy concerns raised by this experience.
