The location of Belle Ame is in a small plaza with plenty of parking, it was very easy for me to navigate here. This was my first time seeing another lash tech in several years and Sabrina was very professional and definitely worked her magic on me. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality and attentiveness of my manicure and pedicure. I've…read morebeen to this location 2 other times for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and left satisfied. This was my first time getting acrylic nails and will be my last time. The nails are bulky and uneven. I asked the lady attending me to thin and even them out multiple times but she claim doing so would lead to nails not being durable and breaking. I tried to trust her process but was not impressed. I spoke out multiple times only to receive a nod and no action. She did respond once with her indicating she would file down but definitely was not enough or to my liking. The same lady did my toes. I had her in one other occasion and was happy with her work. Today she clipped me once but wasn't too bad, the second time around my toes started to bleed and would stop. She placed some type of ointment on but it didn't quite stop the bleeding. The pain was extremely unpleasant that I contemplated leaving the nail salon. I powered through the stinging pain up until she sprayed alcohol and the bleeding began all over again. She was delicate towards the end and tried to not agitate my toe but the bleeding continued. I don't think I can reiterate the lack of attention and attentiveness. This is my last time coming here which sucks because the salon is not far from my home. I do not recommend you visit unless you want to FAAFO. I still paid the full prize for the service which was $65. I did not leave a tip because I wasn't happy with the service and the quality of my nails. I felt bad as I know it's important to their financial stability but I just couldn't incentivize this type of behavior and quality of work.
