The location of Belle Ame is in a small plaza with plenty of parking, it was very easy for me to navigate here. The inside of the studio is so beautifully designed, I love, love, love the decor; it was welcoming, felt very feminine, and felt like home. The music was not too loud and I really enjoyed the playlist. What was more relaxing was the lash recliner chairs, oh I felt like I was laying on clouds! I definitely fell asleep. The appointment I made was for a mini-fill to get me by until my tech came back. This was my first time seeing another lash tech in several years and Sabrina was very professional and definitely worked her magic on me. Both my daughter and I got pedicures and my daughter also got a manicure, no gel (my daughter is 10). They said they couldn't do a design on her nails cause she wasn't getting gel, they could only use stickers? My pedicure was mediocre, I've never had a tech immediately go in with an electric file. I guess she assumed I had gel on my toenails? I paid for the pamper me pedi, but it felt very basic. The pedicure itself was sloppy. My daughter's pedicure was good. However her manicure chipped in a day. I get that regular polish chips much more quickly than gel, but if they only want to work with gel polish, then they shouldn't offer regular polish. I was disappointed in the end. It felt like we were being penalized for not getting gel. Even though we had an appointment, I felt like we were in the way. I'm so sad, I really thought I had found my nail shop.
