Just got home from my lash refill and I am completely disappointed. I've been here once before about 2 weeks ago. Jordan was pretty good that day, which brought me back. I didn't look at it too much this time, since I figured it should be the same as my first experience. My fill only took 30 mins today, but I figured it was because my left eye had a lot of lashes left. When I got home and took a good look, I noticed how uneven it was. Not only that but there were so many lashes that were untouched!!! On both sides! It literally looks like how it would look when I'm ready to go in for a fill. I would rather sit a little longer or pay more to get fuller results. Instead I just feel like I got ripped off. Sad to say this will be my last time. Never again. I'm so pissed off. These lashes have been falling off. When I left Jordan mentioned that they only do classic not ok since I was going g to a wedding. They should mention that on web, instead she said they can recomend a place to go, oh so I can pay more? Nooooo.They charge you 5o$ to cancel appointment, so I went ahead. The lashes were classic so just regular and she did them fairly quickly. For 125$ I'm disappointed nd that's with a 25$ discount. Really? Now the worst part is the allergic reaction I'm now having. I'm beyond disappointed. I feel ripped off first time doing them too. Ugh! read more

I'm not sure what happened to my lashes when I hit my 40s, but mascara made zero difference. After a friend suggested I check out extensions, I did some digging and found La La Lash Studio. I feel so lucky to have found them! The studio is clean and open, and my technician, Jordan, was amazing. She was calm, which calmed me down, because, no lie, I was a little anxious about doing it. Before starting, she tested a patch on my arm to make sure I wasn't allergic to the glue. That made me feel much better after having read articles about what could go wrong. While she worked, I actually was able to take a nap. It was ahhhh-mazing, but NOTHING compared to what my lashes looked like afterward! I seriously look at least 10 years younger. Kimmie is amazing! :D I first came to her about a month ago for my first set of lashes ever and she was super friendly with familiarizing me with how lash extensions worked. She showed me the lashes, the brush, and took her time to thoroughly explain how to take care of the lashes if I decided to do them. I finally booked my appointment and the procedure was very comfortable and relaxing! Kimmie had music playing in the background as you lay on a bed (with a very soft blanket haha) as she did the process. My first set I got a 60 lashes per eye which took about an hour and a half. They turned out great! About two weeks later I came in for a touch up and lash boost and those turned out amazing as well!! I think that Kimmies prices are reasonable and affordable. Still love her work and I tried to schedule with her again in the last few days. But it didn't line up. So I could get an appointment with at Rebecca . And it was glorious! I am SO pleased with my full set of lash extensions! They are lush, lightweight, balanced, and pliable. I often avoid mascara, & prefer makeup which enhances my natural features. I would have tried this procedure sooner, had I not been nervous about how my super sensitive eyes would respond to the products and stimulation. I chose to book w Kimmie Lemke upon multiple recommendations of her expertise & meticulous approach. She performs quite the process including: applying Vitamin eyepads(which hold down your lower lashes), using medical tape to tilt your eyelid, fans, misters, tiny mirrors, tweezers, etc. She checked in w my comfort multiple times within the 2 hour appt. There was acoustic music streaming while we chatted casually, & I entered a meditative state. The last 15 minutes felt like my eyelids were numb, but once she finished, all was well. She gave me a postcard w the "Do's & Don'ts" of caring for my extensions, & a sterile brush in a Baggie. The whole experience was Great! I got an appt reminder from an online scheduler, & she was prompt. Her studio is artsy, clean, & really cozy. First I have to say that Little Lash Boutique is the cutest most comfortable boutique I have ever been in. Kimmie made me feel very welcome and is so easy to talk to. She didn't offer me the highest priced lashes, but suggested lashes that were best to fit my eyes with the right amount of thickness and length, which I really liked. Hannah IS GREAT! I had been getting my lashes done elsewhere for a while and they kept falling out despite my asking the last woman to give me more glue or to purchase new glue. I didn't know who to trust not to make my eyes sore n red as I have seen photos online of, and I have Asthma and was worried about glue fumes. I have been to Hannah about 7 or 8 sessions and she has provided me consistently with beautiful lashes that stay on really well. She also explained to me that washing them daily with tear free shampoo helps to keep the oils from eating the glue. To me, she is ethical in that she is concerned about quality of her work staying good instead of allowing lashes to fall out quickly so that I will keep coming back sooner to spend a fortune. I come every 4 weeks and have dry skin so that schedule works for me. She also explained that wearing wax eyeliner also is not good for the glue. These are things that were never mentioned to me from my last lash gal and she didn't just hand me an eyelash wand, she explained and showed me how to comb them from the top down with a small spin. She really cares about her work and clients. Right now I have on .15 C curls and they uplift my eyes and don't get stuck on the bottom lashes. I really love the way they look curled up like I just used an eyelash curler. Hannah as a person for me is someone I feel very comfortable with. She wears a mask since she is leaning right over you. For me, I like this very much because I have an auto immune disease and don't want people sharing their breath with me. The Lash Cottage is ONE room well light with daylight coming in decorated very nicely. She is not sharing with others who are doing nails or other treatments that are toxic for you to breathe. There is plenty of parking and a nice bathroom. I am thrilled with her and cannot stress how important it is to do business with someone who has ethics and great character. I am hooked.
