I was so embarrassed when we arrived because my little demon decided to take a number two right in the lobby. The staff didn't flinch and assured me they would take care of it. They checked us in just like they would do for me when I visit a spa and ushered him away for his grooming appointment. They called me a few hours later to say my boy was ready but I told them I wouldn't be able to get him until a couple of hours later. The agent said that was fine and I could get him anytime before closing. Mind you, I dropped him off before 10 am. So I'm basically getting free daycare along with the grooming fee. Which I also didn't pay for because I had a complimentary visit! I gave a nice tip when I picked him up and he rounded the corner with a glorious mane. I couldn't stop laughing because he was blown out to the GAWDS. Anyway, we will be back and I know it will be worth it.

Our somewhat aloof cavachon loves her and she leaves the best recaps and pictures of her visit online for us to check out. We feel like our little boy is in very good hands. Whenever we need to cancel or reschedule it is super easy to request online and, again, Woofie's is super accommodating, friendly, and responsive. We are somewhat picky dog parents and cannot say enough good things about our experience with Woofie's. They are also very proactive when it comes to fur babies and everything that they need to stay healthy. From the very first meeting that we had with our assigned sitter, we were confident that our pets would be in good hands. Our sitter took great care of our kitties and guinea pigs. She kept us updated during our trip with daily report and pictures. We felt secure that our furrbabies were getting excellent care and loads of attention. Our shy kitties took to our sitter as if she has known them for a long time. After a couple of visits, our guys were interacting with her, which is unheard of even with our previous sitter from another company in the area that has been sitting for them for a few years!
