While reviewing…read morethe existing plumbing Matt discovered a couple of MAJOR issues that we weren't aware of because they were out of sight. Our tub drain under the house was disconnected and was dumping into our crawl space. Also, our existing plumbing was cast iron and upon further inspection Matt found that it was disintegrating. Although it was OK for the moment we decided that while he was down there to have it replaced with PVC. While I had him here he also replaced the drain under the bathroom sink because it was leaking and he tightened our toilet seat. Matt completed the job thoroughly, providing photos since I couldn't get under the house. He left everything in perfect working order. I found his pricing to be very competitive and affordable. He came out quickly to give a quote and was able to get to us very quickly once I accepted it. He stayed until the job was done and was very communicative from start to finish. Entered into contract for a covered and screened in deck with DH Project and Construction on…read more4/26/22. On 8/4/22 he visited with another contractor to help explain that he underbid the project and would need an additional 30% even though he was already paid a deposit on a signed contract. Agreed and paid this new amount. Project is still not complete a year and 3 months later even though he has been paid in full in installments. Have been more than patient but now he is not returning communication at all. The deck ceiling is now falling apart before the project is even complete. Pictures of this incomplete deck are being used in the business profile. All I am asking for is completion of the work or a partial refund to cover another contractor completing the work.
