Brandon came out first and explained in detail what was wrong with my very old a/c unit. He explained all options with me and the costs for repair and replacement. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. It was less expensive to replace the unit. He also explained the 6 months no finance charge plan with me. That worked out perfectly as well. Then came Nick, Owen, Chris, Jeremy, Jacob, and Kyle to complete the work. The office staff, Vanessa. Michelle, and Ashley were also very helpful and extremely courteous. The timing was perfect and they ALL worked together and made sure that my air conditioning unit and ductwork was installed with perfection. The cost was also unbelievably low. After installation, the airflow was a little loud when the fan blowed. No problem. They came right back out with a week and installed a new vent so the airflow would be more quiet. It was perfect. I TRULY am proud of how they truly care about their customers and are expert team workers. TEAMWORK MAKES DREAMWORK! They are an excellent team. I truly thank God for all of them. I have to also give Honor and Praise God Almighty and to Pat Cutlip, who loves The Lord and serve Him faithfully. My experience with HVACR troubleshooting is above average, so I watched how he worked. 10/10 in expertise, professional, and general customer interaction. He didn't try to upsell me, he didn't charge a huge up price on the part (which I was actually expecting him to do). So, although the price might be a little higher than the rest, Atlas will give you the high quality work to match the price you're paying. With other places that have coupons in papers and red flag generating low prices, they are also the ones that I have seen notoriously sneak hidden fees into the final bill... again Atlas didn't do this. If you want fast, high quality work... I couldn't recommit Atlas more.

I made an appointment on a Friday through my warranty company and the service vendor they assigned couldn't come until the following Tuesday. August in Georgia is no joke. The vendor ended up not fixing anything on Tuesday, but added 2lbs of freon and left. No inspection, didn't check the furnace, didn't come in to check the vents, nothing. So on Wednesday, once the A/C went out again I followed up and made an another appointment, this time we were set for for Friday. The second tech the vendor sent tested the freon and saw that it was empty even though they had just added 2lbs 3 days ago. So the second tech did some test and started packing up. I asked what time he'd come back so that I could be home and he indicated the test takes 48-72 hours to determine where the leak is. I'm not a HVAC professional, but that sounded odd. Once the second tech left without attempting to fix anything, I started calling around and found R Tilery's website. I called to see if I could make an appointment and Ray himself picked up and said he could come later that afternoon. Wow, same day service, what a novel idea. You'd think if I told the vendor my warranty company used that other company's can make same day appointments it would make their heads explode. Ray showed up a few hours later, took the A/C unit apart quickly and inspected the inside and found oil in the bottom of the unit indicating a leak. He tested some gas in the line and we could hear the gas leaking from the unit. So it took Ray all of 15 minutes to do what two different techs could not do in two separate visits. Ray was great, I should have called him first. Don't be like me, call ray first. We will be calling him again if we are ever in need. Thanks Ray!

What an intelligent, articulate, polite young man that carefully listens to his customers! A very skilled young man that found the problem and had my unit working in about 30 minutes. Eric is a Miracle Worker and he charged me an incredibly reasonable amount for his work. I needed a 20 amp dedicated circuit for a home based 15 needle embroidery machine and really didn't want to pay an electrical so got some "advice" and concluded we could put a 20 amp circuit in place of the 15 amp. Three months in, I noticed that my lights were flickering in the home office whenever I fired up the machine or plugged an iron in. I did a quick internet search for possible reasons and quickly determined that I likely had a fire risk so I went to my trusted Yelp to find an electrician. Sure enough my hunch was right. We had Help!! put in a true dedicated 20 amp. No more flickering. While we had him we decided that lightening strikes near the house were too close for comfort and we have way too many electronics and energy electric car plugged in so we had him install a whole house surge protector.
