Some of the LED lights on the fixture are starting to flicker, and I simply asked them if this is a problem with the led lights, the transformer, or something else so that I can try and troubleshoot it. After taking about 48 hours to respond each time I sent a new email, they finally said that they can't help me at all because I didn't buy the fixture directly from them. I wasn't asking for a replacement, but I did expect that the company that built the product would have an answer to my question. The bulbs shipped immediately, but the fixture was delayed multiple times over several months with no proactive notice. By the time I learned of the delays and canceled, the bulbs were outside the return window. Customer service refused to help.
