Absolute worst representatives I have ever dealt with! DO NOT USE THEM. They took the case and money, misrepresented me and did not notify me that they lost the case. Afterwards I was being pursued by collections as they never reached out to me about the case and now not only is traffic school required, an additional fee was added to the initial fine! After calling them I was told to text my inquiry of which later fell on deaf ears! They have very poor communication and poor quality, I highly do not recommend this company they're fake, they're fraud, and will steal your money! read more

I was referred to Jonathan after my wife received a ticket for speeding. I gave him a call and spoke with him. Jonathan was meticulous in approach, and explained to me the lengthy process to try and address the ticket. His wealth of knowledge was apparent from the start, and I felt comfortable following through with his service. As mentioned, the process to receive our outcome was long. Despite multiple motions to extend our court date, the deputy was intent in showing up EVERY SINGLE TIME. Coupled with stringent changes implemented by a newer judge in Riverside County, unfortunately, judgement did not go our way. HOWEVER despite the unfavorable outcome, Mr. Dekel took the time to gather information and fully explain the totality of circumstances resulting in the outcome, a level of customer service that seems to be severely lacking in our society these days. Sometimes, things just don't go the way as planned, YET, he was also able to discount the traffic school processing fee ~ $64.00, so that's something!! In summary, I am very satisfied with my experience with Mr. Dekel and his team. I feel TKT Rep made a SOLID attempt in getting the ticket dismissed, and in retrospect, the administrative work for multiple extensions and appearing on our behalf far outweighed the costs of having TKT Rep represent us. As such, I will always reach out to TKT Rep for ANY traffic legality issues in the future. Also, be sure to take advantage of his military discount, something I was unaware of! Thank you, Mr. Dekel!
