I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Ticket Dismissers/Auto Allies. After paying a $450 fee and submitting my ticket through their online portal, I experienced an almost total lack of communication. I only received responses when I initiated contact, and even then, the information was vague, inconsistent, and never proactive. To make matters worse, no legal representative appeared on my behalf at my initial court date. After I began receiving multiple collection notices, a new court date was eventually scheduled, and a "lawyer" was assigned roughly six months after I first submitted the ticket. This individual was completely unreachable. When the hearing finally took place--seven months after the original violation--the only thing this so-called lawyer did was arrange a payment plan for the ticket. That's it. No defense, no strategy, no effort. This is especially frustrating considering the ticket was a basic speeding citation: 73 in a 50, determined by pacing, with absolutely no complications. I am deeply disappointed that Ticket Dismissers/Auto Allies provided no meaningful assistance and ultimately wasted my money, especially given how aggressively this service is promoted by influencers like DDE and others. The communication was nonexistent, the guidance was zero, and the "representation" was essentially worthless. I would not recommend this attorney group to anyone unless you want to throw your money away. Their public "response" to my Google review was a complete joke and filled with misinformation. Claiming the judge "had grounds to suspend my license" is an outright lie. I have one ticket on my record--just one--and I haven't had any points deducted. (The only other citation was for 13 over.) There is absolutely no legal basis for a license suspension in this situation, and they know that. The fact that a business would openly fabricate details like this is unbelievable. They also claimed there were "several complexities" with my case. What complexities? It was a straightforward speeding ticket. No accident, no priors beyond the one they already knew about, no unusual circumstance of any kind. The only "complexity" here was their inability to communicate, appear in court, or provide even the most basic representation. Their response reads like pure damage control, not honesty. And of course, they conveniently block replies so customers can't correct the misleading statements they post under reviews -- which says everything anyone needs to know.
