I reached out to Randy to handle a traffic violation ticket for me hoping he would either get the ticket dismissed, the fee reduced if he couldn't get the ticket dismissed and the point off of my record so my car insurance wouldn't go up. Well 6 months later with little communication in between I am paying the same amount for my traffic violation and I still had to attend traffic school to avoid the point from being on my record plus the fee he charged me to handle this case. In the end, I could have just payed the fee of the ticket and attended traffic school to avoid the point from being on my record (Randy never explained this to me when I initially contacted him because he was so adamant in himself with fighting my case and beating it) but I was so confident in him that I trusted him to be victorious but that wasn't the case. Throughout this process, I felt like Randy swept my case under the rug and did not do his best to fight my traffic violation like all his other "clients"(or friends) have claimed on these yelp reviews. If I were you I would look elsewhere to avoid having little communication and emptier pockets in the end. Also, keep in mind all lawyers AVOO ratings are posted online for the public and I should have done this before contacting Randy because his rating is listed as average which would have led me towards finding someone else. FYourTicket Randy Sarmiento rocks! This is your go to guy. I was ticketed for allegedly driving with a suspended license, no insurance, or registration which turned into a failure to appear warrant for my arrest! No doubt I was scared but I contacted Randy explained my situation, how things got like this and after talking with him you learn that he is really knowledgeable about the law and he is personable with his clients; he really wants to help you. He gives you confidence that everything will work out for the best for your case; he makes that happen. I didn't even have to go to court he took care of everything! Very professional. On July 31st, 2017 Randy went to my court trial and argued for me, the ticketing officer did show up with full recollection of the ticket but Randy was able to argue on my behalf and he was able to reduce my fines significantly by more than half or the choice to do a few hours of community service instead to satisfy my debt. Serious ticket trouble? Don't hesitate to give FYourTicket a shot! I had maxed out points before finding out about FYourTicket and 5 tickets pending. I had 3 speeding violations of 25 or more over the limit, 1 carpool violation, 1 stop sign violation, 1 unsafe turn violation, with exhaust/seatbelt violations written within these 5 tickets as well. Randy and his team managed to get 2 of these tickets dismissed completely! 2 reduced to no point for the violations. The last one is an unsafe turn which is still pending but I have no doubt that this team will deliver once again with outstanding results! It had been a while since I had gotten a traffic ticket, so when I got one I didn't know what to do. I asked around and was looking online for attorneys in Los Angeles when I came across fyourticket. I called and spoke to the attorney. All other attorneys tried to give me guarantees but this attorney was very upfront and honest. Letting me know that in the end there are no guarantees and no attorney can promise you a dismissal. And if they did then they would be lying. Randy is an absolute miracle worker. If you're someone that can't afford to pay hundreds of dollars in fines, or you can't afford another point on your record, this is YOUR guy. I'm so glad I contacted him for my boyfriend's speeding ticket. This wasn't Mr. Race Car's (my boyfriend) first ticket so a miracle is what we needed! After hearing Randy showed up and took care of his warrant and other legal matters I felt at ease when I chose to hire him for my public intoxication case. I was working as a delivery boy, heading back to the shop. I park and exit eager to grab another run, shortly after i start walking across the street I get flashed, a overhead voice projects " sir walk backwards to me, and what do you think you you're doing." Me now confused and realizing it was a officer I began wondering what i had done. Unbelievable work, 125 in a 65 while in the carpool lane completely dismissed. If I am being completely honest I did not have any hope of this case getting dismissed so this caught me by surprise and I am beyond grateful to whoever worked on my case and would like to say thank you. Customer service was great, always answers, they pull up your information through the number you called from so everything is quick and professional, not many updates were sent after giving your statement is sent but that was perfect for me because I did not want to think about this. It was also a bit pricey for anyone with the same type of case but money wasn't my issue it was the points and license suspension which they prevented. In conclusion they handled this quick and made your problem theirs to deal with and I cannot recommend them anymore. read more

Them boys at FYourTicket get the job done, had a ticket cited to me for going 90 in a 65. I had never tried any ticket fighting services or had any experience in fighting tickets. Gave them boys a call with the number they provide on there website and they answered in a timely manner, no automated voice machines or having you type hella different numbers just to reach a person, them boys picked up and answered every question I had and gave me a quote. I still wasn't sure so I waited a couple days and then when I was finally ready to purchase there services I just responded to the email and followed the instructions. They updated me via email and sms after every court date and eventually they were able to get my whole case dismissed. Randy you did it!! Wow I'm amazed, ticket completely dismissed. My son was traveling back to college heading over the grapevine at 92 miles per hour and was pulled over by the CHP. I had never used an attorney for a ticket before and was kind of hesitant about this but read all the great reviews and most of all did not want to drive to Lamont to try to fight it and at 92 mph they wouldn't even grant my son traffic school for the high amount of speed. Came across Randy through a friend (lowtek) and honestly Can't thank fyourticket enough for the amazing work he did for me. At one point I doubted all his successful cases at court, and let me tell you all, he does not disappoint. He goes the extra mile to make sure you get a good result in your case. Last year got a ticket for going over 100mph. I was looking at 2 points, 30 day license suspension , and over 1,000 dollars in fine. He went in there last night and killed it. Even tho he didn't get the whole ticket dismissed(which I wasnt planning on that, I just wanted something less harsh) he was able to get the ticket reduced from 105 to 89 and only a one point, And the fine, shit he almost made it disappear lol so if anyone needs help with a ticket hit them up you won't be disappointed read more
