Attorney Jason Miller, along with his legal assistant Sonia, make things simple and efficient. There is no catch. There are no games, just a professional group up folks who communicate well and provide you with case updates, without having to call or ask time-after-time. Jason explained the process to me over the phone, attended an arraignment on my behalf in the Antelope Valley, and set trial for a speeding ticket I received from the California Highway Patrol (CHP). I also had an opportunity to write a statement of what happened and explain the conditions of the day I received the citation. Thanks for Fix A Ticket and Attorney Miller, the court dismissed my citation and I did not have to pay any fines or incur an increase on my insurance premium. If you are looking for a trustworthy and reasonable legal team to help with you with a traffic infraction, these folks are the ones to hire. Do not pay that ticket! read more

I hired this service which didn't turn out well. However the communication was absolutely terrible. After receiving sloppy email message, any follow up question I had to take next steps were ignored. While I understand this kind of service is rather hit/miss, the basic principles of providing service to client/customers were incredibly lacking. read more

We are 4 for 4 now for tickets dismissed!! Definitely recommend. Great price and the peace of mind is priceless.

poor legal advice that sounds like bad advice to me attorneys should help others not just themselves. i called jason because he appears to care about clients. i need a lawyer to write a letter to handle multiple parking tickets that were given to me serving the community in Palm Springs as an Uber driber, by big companies ABM and LAZ parking, as I was dropping off passengers in legal unloading areas. Not everyone can afford $200 for illegally issued parking tickets, but I suspect Jason can afford it with no problem, the reason for the disconnect between social classes read more

Jason and his team were incredible! Communicative, responsive, and empathetic. This was a first for me: having to retain a traffic attorney and, while I hope to never be in this position again, I would most definitely return to Jason for his legal expertise. He was able to get a violation DISMISSED and saved me $$$ on fines, insurance premiums, as well as points on a DMV record. Not to mention, the time and frustrations that we dodged. If you are a parent to a new driver, trust Jason. I will be referring him to family and friends. read more

Got a speeding ticket last year and learned that you have the option to fight it. I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Miller while searching online. His team has been extremely responsive, efficient, and most of all, effective. I didn't have to go court as they handled everything! They ended up getting the ticket dismissed. I'm really satisfied, whether I reached out to them by phone, email, sms, they always attended to my questions promptly with clear answers, and made the entire process very easy. Jason Miller personally sent follow up messages after the case to provide updates. I enthusiastically endorsed Fix-A-Ticket to my friends without reservation! read more

Atty. Jason Miller helped me out with my speeding violation. I hired him to fix my problem. It's kinda like long process in the court and he represented me on my behalf (without coming to the court). But it's worth the wait. He is very communicative by email, text messages or call. I just received an e-mail from him yesterday, January 17, 2024 that he was able to obtain a positive outcome on my CITATION and the case has been DISMISSED. I saved over $368 in fines/fees and prevented the point from appearing on my DMV record. I will highly recommended FIX-A-TICKET to all my friends and relatives or to anyone. He also handles any Car Accident or Personal Injury matter, Employment law issue, Estate planning and any Criminal related situation. With Atty. Miller, you are in good hands! Thank you very much Atty. Miller as well as to Sonia! read more

Received a speeding ticket just outside LA which would have resulted in points and a fine. The Fix A Ticket team managed to get the ticket completely dismissed for less than the fine would have been (not to mention points, insurance etc). They were professional and responsive via email, I really barely had to do anything. Would happily recommend or use them again. Thank you! read more

I've been using Jason Miller for nearly a decade now. He's amazing. Most recently he got a ticket dismissed, which is great because my new insurance went up because of that ticket, and now that the ticket is dismissed my insurance is going back down. thanks Jason! read more

Jason Miller is one of the most honest trustworthy attorneys I have ever dealt with. I reached out to him over a year ago in dire straits with a fairly complicated situation involving various tickets, one of which I hadn't processed properly through the city's website portal. He clearly understood my predicament and explained his strategy on how to fix the problem. It took some time, but true to his word he deftly untangled my mess. One by one he addressed each penalty even getting one of the serious citations dismissed! He not only kept my driving record pristine, preventing a point from appearing on my DMV record for 3 years, he also saved me close to $500 in the process! I cannot thank Jason enough and while I don't recommend getting traffic citations if you should find yourself facing potential points against your driving record call Fix-a-ticket ASAP! I enthusiastically endorse Jason Miller and Fix-a-ticket! read more

Jason knows what he's doing. He helped me with my ticket, saved a ton of money. He's very dependable and honest.

Outstanding, professional, prompt. Had a ticket dismissed. Thank you so much. Great team.

Thank you to Jason and his team. Everyone was so helpful to us. I used him since last couple of years.

I unfortunately probably use this office too many times. I think I'm averaging a traffic ticket about once every couple of years. Jason Miller has been able to help me every single time from moving violations to cell phone tickets. And each time, he's been able to get the ticket dismissed. Yes, I will try and be safer and careful while driving, but I'm glad to know that I can count on this office to help me if needed. read more

Been working with fix-a-ticket company for years now and they helped me dismissing most of the cases! I definitely can recommend them as it's easy and price fair, you don't need to spend your valuable time and just hand over the case and they will figure it out for you! read more

2021 was DEFINITELY the year of the moving violation for this lady (me lol). Imagine getting 4 traffic tickets all within the same year while trying to clear off traffic tickets from previous years with a warning letter from the DMV for having multiple tickets on my record, my plate was DEFINITELY full and my head was spinning like a merry-go-round. I was in desperate need of help!!! The first lawyer i consulted with pretty much left me hanging. So I did more research here on yelp and google and found Jason Miller. I read all of the reviews on here about him and his team and visited his company's website about the services that they offered and gave his office a call and Jason personally answered the phone call. First time I talked to Jason, I felt pretty nervous as I would talking to any lawyer about any case. Jason sensed I was nervous and helped me calm down so I can talk to him about my situation clearly. He listened as I explained to him about my traffic violations and took on my case and the rest was pretty much smooth sailing from there. His team took swift action on processing my case to the courts and gave me updates each step of the way. When i had a question, his office responded within minutes and if a message was ever needed to be relayed to him directly, they made sure he gets it for him to review. Jason and his team got 3 out of 4 of my violations DISMISSED and one I was able to do Traffic Violation School. It's a pretty great feeling to know that there is a lawyer out there with integrity and willing to help others and strive to deliver the BEST quality service for his clients. I know his office is DEFINITELY a keeper for me and if any of you are looking for a quality lawyer to fight for your traffic ticket, Jason and his team from Fix-a-ticket is DEFINITELY your people. read more

When I ran into a tough time post divorce and accumulated a few driving violations due to high emotions causing distractions, I knew I needed someone on my side to handle the added stress I simply could not. I was skeptical about working with ticket attorneys, but, I can tell you how relived and happy I am with Jason Miller and Fix-A-Ticket. I keep getting emails that tickets have simply been "dismissed." Jason is so personable and friendly. A true Godsend. Thank you so much Jason! I cannot recommend more. read more

Amazing outstanding support from Jason Miller who did a great job defeating my case and fought for my tickets. I'm impressed how hard they work on my case. Thanks read more

Got my first ever citation last year! Jason genuinely helped big time and the response to my inquiry was fast. Jason/his team appeared in court for me when I was unable to due to my field of work. Absolutely worth the money paid. They ended up getting it dismissed and no points ended up on my DMV record! I'm extremely pleased with the results of this and strongly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. Remember to follow the signs and lights on the road, but in case you forget, Jason will be there, lol! read more

Called twice to get a consultation from the attorney and both times my call was not returned. I did my part but they did not do theirs. Got a text after I let them know I would be leaving a poor review on Yelp telling me the fee would be $300. This is with no consultation and a failure to even call me back twice! Why would I give you $300 if I can't even get me call returned? No thanks. I called last Monday so the weekend shouldn't be an excuse. Your receptionist told me she may have forgotten to give you the message. Twice. That's not good for business. read more

Can't say enough positive things about working with Jason. So glad I went with him. Communication is top notch on process, timelines, next steps. Walked me through the whole process and got me the best possible outcome. Super professional and reputable. Highly highly recommended. read more

Lacking trust and honesty. I had a very difficult situation that was honestly almost impossible to be beaten. But I turned to this office to see if there was any chance at all to beat the two red light camera tickets I had received. Mr Miller was undoubtedly determined that he would be able to help, and get at least one ticket dismissed. That was the only reason I decided to pay him to take on the case. Sure enough, he kicked the can down the road - as lawyers tend to do - so there was a delay in the result. I was hopeful that was a good strategy but as it turned out it didn't matter at all. I had to chase after them to find out the verdicts of the case and what I found out was they got me traffic school to dismiss one ticket (something I could have done myself) and got me a "discount" on the other that I was found guilty on and will stay on my license for 3 years and kick up the insurance premiums (and which wasn't much of a discount when you factor in the lawyers bill). Had I not hired them, I would have gotten the exact same results, maybe even for less money. And again- not blaming them for my carelessness in getting the ticket - but if you can't get a case dismissed, don't make it out to seem like you can. Just be honest about it. Don't lead me on just to get some business and then backpedal later. That's doesn't build trust or show any integrity. Will not use again simply because I can't trust them. read more

Really useless if you want to dismiss a ticket. Still need to pay for the fine and go to traffic school. Not worth the fee at all. I should pick other law office. The case is not dismissed and still need to go to traffic school，and the fine only got reduced a little bit， even cannot cover the law office's charge. read more

Jason Miller is a miracle worker. My spouse got four tickets in three years and Jason got everyone of them dismissed. Jason's fee in some cases is less than the cost of the ticket! It takes a week or two to get updates sometimes but that's because he's busy in court. Eventually he sends out an update and you can go on with your life. Honestly, why pay for a ticket when Jason can just get it dismissed? He's a really nice guy and I recommend him very highly. read more

Got a speeding ticket that I didn't want going on my record. Never fought a traffic ticket before so I looked around and did some research. Ended up not going with one of those many automated websites that might be a scam and go nowhere. Then I found Mr. Jason Miller here who actually gave me a call and thoroughly explained the process. Finally decided to go with him and his attorney fees was reasonable. At this point, I honestly wasn't sure how it was gonna go but I put trust in his hands and hoped for the best.
