Lacking trust and honesty. I had a very difficult situation that was honestly almost impossible to be beaten. But I turned to this office to see if there was any chance at all to beat the two red light camera tickets I had received. Mr Miller was undoubtedly determined that he would be able to help, and get at least one ticket dismissed. That was the only reason I decided to pay him to take on the case. Sure enough, he kicked the can down the road - as lawyers tend to do - so there was a delay in the result. I was hopeful that was a good strategy but as it turned out it didn't matter at all. I had to chase after them to find out the verdicts of the case and what I found out was they got me traffic school to dismiss one ticket (something I could have done myself) and got me a "discount" on the other that I was found guilty on and will stay on my license for 3 years and kick up the insurance premiums (and which wasn't much of a discount when you factor in the lawyers bill). Had I not hired them, I would have gotten the exact same results, maybe even for less money. And again- not blaming them for my carelessness in getting the ticket - but if you can't get a case dismissed, don't make it out to seem like you can. Just be honest about it. Don't lead me on just to get some business and then backpedal later. That's doesn't build trust or show any integrity. Will not use again simply because I can't trust them. read more
