tl;dr: 5 stars for service and responsiveness, 3 stars as I lost my case…read more Got a red light ticket in Culver City: right turn on red, did not come to complete stop, light turned from yellow to red .41 seconds before I crossed the threshold, per the city's claim. Ticket was $500. Ticket Ninja said I had a good chance to win so I went forward. They sent me lots of info about how to handle the case and were responsive the whole way. I felt confident, but ultimately lost the written trial by declaration. TN has a guarantee, but to get it you have to continue the process to a new trial which I didn't mind doing. I went to trial de novo. To do this you have to go to court and schedule a date. TN sent me a lot of info before the court date with how things would go which gave me confidence. On my court date, I didn't have a cop going against me, it was just the goons from Culver City admin. They tried to pressure me into guilty plea ("to get traffic school for sure instead of risking it") but I held my ground thanks to the info TN gave me. I went to trial before the judge, who warned us that now that we chose to go to trial that traffic school is up to his discretion. After CC goons presented evidence, I read out loud the statement TN gave me. Unfortunately the judge ruled against me -- the argument was that you can't prove its me because the pic is grainy and sunglasses, but the judge just said "I think that's you, guilty." Then he offered me traffic school which I accepted. I got my memo from the court, sent it to TN, and got my refund within a week or two. Ultimately I didn't lose anything using TN but did learn a lot about the traffic court process. I give a 3/5 since I lost my case, but I still believe I received very good service from them and would consider using them in the future. Fun fact: My traffic judge was James Hahn, former mayor of LA. I heard he is kind of a hardass on traffic tickets so I guess that's just my luck.

I'm from Mexico. For us is normal to pay for our car tickets and then I learned in the States is the opposite, you need to fight for them. I got 2 car tickets (at the end of 2019 and the begging of 2020) and paid them off to DMV. A neighbor referred me to 'Fix Your Ticket' and I was pleased with the ease of starting with this firm in starting the process for my plea. The correspondence was always prompt and the information to any of my inquiries were few days clear. A few months after I started the process, I received a scam notification claiming to be the authority to collect on the fine. I copied it and sent it to 'Fix Your Ticket'. The associate at ' Fix Your Ticket' responded very quickly and informed me that it was a scam, referred me to the correct site of court date, and not to worry. I was referred to fix your ticket from my brother in law we are both class A cdl drivers. I has missed the scales on my route and was flagged down and written up for failure to obey which carries 1.5 points on license. I hear about Fix Your Ticket from a friend but never used a lawyer and had doubts. I felt better right away with their professionalism and how easy it was. I went to their app gave my info and a photo of the ticket, then paid fee which is no more that what you would pay the courts plus you would get points on your record and spend a lot more over time on your insurance rate hike. Then a couple week later case was dismissed and no points, raise in insurance or drivers school. Im really late on writing this review. I ran a stop sign. At that time I was 5 months pregnant. I didn't want to go through the whole process and dealing with everything myself When i would be close to my due date. My friend informed me about them. They helped me right away and kept me informed with what was going on. They fought my ticket and got it dismissed completely. Don't need to do traffic school or anything. Really great service this company . I had the meanest CHP officer give me a ticket for driving outside the freeway lane . And Fix Your Ticket got my case dismissed! Really happy they did . The CHP officer was responding and fighting back to the lawyers and after a lot of back and forth my case got dismissed . I'm so grateful for an excellent service! I already had some points on my driver record and I did attend traffic school just before I found Fix Your Ticket. I have never used a service like this before, so I entered into it a little bit skeptical, but thought it was worth a try. They did not disappoint! For a little bit more than what the ticket was going to cost me anyway, they got the whole thing dismissed; Saving me a lot more on insurance premiums. Roberts and roberts (Fix your ticket) is the real deal. They fought and got my ticket dismissed. Don't waste your time. A week passed without response. Go to a different place where people value your business. Update: Apparently owner can't even find enough integrity to apologize for this mishap and calls me a bot instead. Everybody can easily see that this is a lie.
