Muji's products although very simple; the clothes for example tend to be made of natural fabrics and one colour, nothing bright or garish, look good on and are good quality. I could buy everything in this store. Prices are reasonable and I am always finding useful things, whether it be a teapot, and a storage box for my make up.

Me? I just felt like they wanted me out of the store and were reluctant to make any effort. I have my suspicions as to why, but even if my suspicions are incorrect, there's no other explanation for the poor level of customer service I received (or more accurately, didn't receive). If you have a choice, take your money and spend it elsewhere.

In fact I probably looked a bit weird, walking around stroking everything and smiling. There's ginghams, flowery prints, teddy bear prints, tutu gauze, and lots and lots of shiny, sparkly, gold sprinkled patterns. The store was fairly attractive and well laid out. I wasn't able to find what I was looking for, and I found the staff to be unhelpful, there was one staff member on the shop floor who seemed to be stocking shelves as slowly as humanly possible, and did not seem very interested in customer attractions. 3* - OK, a nice store, but doesn't really offer anything you can't find at John Lewis a couple of stores down or many other stores within The Trafford Centre.
