I had a kitchen and boiler fitted by this shop, it is the the most appaling excuse of a job I have…read moreever had done on my home. Apart from none of the units being a good fit and the doors already having fallen off, none of the kick boards sit in place, the under unit lights have never worked properly. I chose and paid for a worcester, energy efficient bolier and actually got a cheap baxi condenser....... I complained and wrote letters but got fobbed off with the excuse that the owner was suffering from early Alziemers..... They unbelievably made me feel guilty for complaining!!!!! I wish I had taken them to court and either got my money back or the job finished to the correct standard but it just left me so upset I didn't have the strength to pursue them. I would urge anybody to think twice before letting this long established bunch of cowboys near your beloved home.
