This is a problem, because: 1. Each time I emailed, a different person answered. Probably 20 emails over 1 week were arranged before I could get a quote and schedule cleaning. Because emails would usually arrive late at night or around 2-4AM, I guessed the emailers were located outside of the US. 2. Phone calls are not effective. Email info could easily have been conveyed in a 5-minute phone call, but when I called, the representative didn't know anything about scheduling. 3. A third-party cleaner comes to your house. This means there isn't consistency in quality. The cleaners complained that there was too much work and that it would take a 2-person team 4 hours to do the work (clean 1.5 bathrooms, put about less than 10 dishes in the dishwasher). One worker did dishes only during this time (at $40/hr, that's about $4/dish). The other cleaned the bathrooms. And of course they finished in less than 1 hour. 4. Communication with the third-party cleaner was poor. After all the time I spent emailing about what would be included, none of the details they asked about were conveyed. This was part of the time I paid for, because 1 worker called their supervisor to try to get out of doing the work.

One of the strongest messages I took away from the sessions was that my family of origin and my relationship with my parents were the primary causes of our marital problems. This did not only lead me to feel guilty and blame myself; it also caused me to blame my family and my parents. The emotional impact became so significant that I eventually sought individual therapy to work through those feelings. I believe Estee genuinely wanted to help us, and I do not question her intentions. However, her approach was not effective for me and maybe someone else has similar background like me. If you come from an East Asian family and place great importance on your relationship with your parents and family of origin, I would encourage you to consider carefully whether this counseling approach is the right fit for you. Different therapists have different perspectives, and this particular approach was not a good match for my background or my needs. I have worked hard to recover from the guilt, self-blame, and family-related conflict that I experienced after counseling, and I do not wish to revisit those feelings through further discussion.

It is with awe struck tears flowing down my face that I am writing this review! I am a born again Christian who prays about everything. I am, also, a widow who depends upon Jesus for my every need. A year ago my alarm system of 20 years stared giving me issues. The alarm company I use said it was time for a new system. I ordered the one that they recommended and they installed it. Recently I began having issues with one of my sensors. I changed the battery as instructed. A week later, that same sensor started setting off my alarm at all hours of the day and night. I called my alarm company and was told that it would cost me a good amount of money to have them run a diagnostic and fix it; but that it would be money well spent or I could discontinue to use their services. I was shocked and heartbroken. I felt abandoned. I tried calling three different times over a course of about ten days. I just wanted to ask them if they thought I might be able to order a new sensor and change it myself or if they thought it was a faulty system that I should return to Amazon. My calls have still not been returned. So Thursday night I took this problem to Jesus in prayer. He led me to google "Christian Family Owned Alarm Companies in Antioch". I didn't even know there was such a thing. However, when I plugged that in, Freedom Alarm Company popped up. The reviews were amazing! On Friday I called Freedom Alarm Company to get a quote from them . I was pleasantly surprised that within moments James called me back. He patiently listened to my story, was so kind and friendly, asked me questions about my system, had me send him pictures, and then said, "I have been in this business for 26 years. and I am not familiar with this system. Let me just come and take a look at it and see what we can do. If its an easy fix, we'll just take care of it for you." We scheduled for him to come the next morning, which is now Saturday. He arrived on time, looked at my panel, looked at the sensor, and within moments, he had figured out the problem and explained it to me. He decided to put another set of new batteries in, and fixed the sensor case using tape on the inside to give it a snugger fit. He, also, spotted the loose sensor on my sliding door and quickly did the same. As I reached for my purse to pay him, He said, "No, I am not taking any money. This took me no time at all. It was an easy fix." I tried to insist. I said, "Let me pay you for your time. This is Saturday. You took the time to come and I am not even a paying customer of yours. You spent your gas to get here." He looked at me kindly but firmly and said, "I am not billing you for this. I do not want your money. I do not need your money." That is when the tears started. I knew in that moment that one more time in my life Jesus had indeed shown Himself strong on my behalf over this challenging situation when He led me to FREEDOM ALARM. I asked if I could at least pray with Him. I prayed a blessing over this man's life. Then I asked him, "What makes you do this? Why are you so kind?"
