The following week, a stakeout date and time was established based on when the person was leaving for work. Dimitrius was able to catch the person leaving and the paper was served. John was the first to message me back from JWL Couriers and I could not have dreamed that I would get this type of service on a Friday with such short notice. John was extremely communicative, he kept me posted every step of the way about how long it would take him to wrap up what he was doing, gave me ETAs for pick up and delivery, sent me a photo of the items he picked up as soon as they were in his hands, and arrived without any delay. The address where he was supposed to deliver was blocked all around due to riot activity, and that did not deter him for an instant from making the delivery happen. He was simply amazing! He parked his vehicle, and walked all the way to the gate and up 3 flights of stairs to the front door to make this delivery happen. On top of it all, he charged me such an affordable price, I could not believe it. I was getting quotes from other companies when I was communicating with him, and they were at least 4 times the price. I offered to pay John more for the inconvenience of having to walk, and he declined. He said that it would not be right to charge me more. This delivery took place on a Friday after 5 p.m. and I even found out it was his Birthday today!! I am truly speechless. My opinion on this PO has been going up and down. And it's coming back down again! When we first…read moremoved here and the last people who lived in my house "supposedly" lost the key we had to get a new one through this PO. And they didn't get it done for weeks my husband had to finally come complain and they ended up letting him do it through a private locksmith, much quicker that way in the end. For the last few years I went here myself and have been moatly satisfied with customer service the employees provide at this PO. My issue that started somewhat recently is that they usually can't because their label printer keeps breaking or don't really support printing qr code labels for customers. They make you use their self service kiosk and because of that now the line at that machine takes forever, that is if you get to use it before it breaks because that machine breaks constantly. If they want customers using they at least need to get a second self-service kiosk like other PO's have to shorten our lines and have a back up for when one kiosk breaks!
