Mentally questionable and appears to not understand real estate or reality. Does not indicate lucidity or credibility. Value is not likely and moreover does not seem to be accredited or bonded. Given that most contractors aren't the most reliable I didn't expect him to respond or show up that soon but lo and behold he rang the doorbell around 6:00 p.m... better yet, he was ready to do the work. We went from taking pictures and posting it to Yelp to getting the work done in full a few hours later. Vladimir was awesome. He worked efficiently and did a great job on our work! The picture with the numbers was what was posted to Yelp - four can lights reduced in size from 6 in to 4 in. Two of them moved to match the centers of the cabinets better.
