I want to give a huge shout-out to Cynthia, a senior designer at K&B Cabinets; she knew that we would not be coming back to K&B for a new purchase, but in addition to doggedly getting Showplace to track our order down when they wrongly thought they weren't the manufacturer, she also helped us find an installer and advised on the purchase of repair parts after learning that Showplace didn't warranty the broken part.
