Today when I pointed out the issue with our fries he just walked off and didnt communicate what steps he was taking. He also didn't acknowledge the problem with any sort of explanation or remorse - the expectation for good customer service... I HATE going here now. If it wasn't for my sister going, they wouldn't see me or my money again until they start treating US and OUR money like it MATTERS. The sandwich was steaming hot with a generous portion of meat, and the seasoned fries were great. The Italian Beef is one of my favorite sandwiches in the Birmingham area. I always have it hot and dipped. Pre-Covid, this store had another location down in Hoover a little past the Galleria, and I ate there at least once a week. Sad that that location no longer exists, but at least this one does, so I'm happy. I want to go back soon and try their wings with spicy peach sauce. That sounds tasty and different from the standard sauces every other place has. This next one might not be for everybody, but I also want to try their chicken liver/gizzard combo.
