During check out the lady said one color wasn't really supposed to be for sale as it's what they used on the walls in their store. Why was it in the sale area then? Smh... The inflatable pool I bought (which I spent $25 on) already had a hole in it right away (so we only got one summer out of it and I had to re-inflate it almost every time). The prices are affordable but if you check the ounces of the food you will see that the contents have been reduced to get a lower price. So I am not sure if you are saving much. If you are single then the sizes are just right but if you are looking for family sizes then perhaps you should shop elsewhere. The best part is that the Stores are all located close to the people in residential areas. This means you can walk and not have to drive all over town to purchase something quickly. I once read that the average American spends $8,500 a year on their car, car insurance, car maintenance etc. So if you can walk to the Dollar Store and avoid a car then you're saving a bunch. With the closing of the IGA on mainstreet then the Dollar Store is a good replacement. Glad we have something downtown and recommend it to all that need a quick item on the way home from work.
