You would not think Walmart's vary much per store, but they can, and this one has some differences. You have to drive in front of the store to access most of the parking lot, something I find annoying as you have to dodge customers walking out and it creates bottlenecks in traffic. Inside, this Walmart seems to carry less Great Value and more brand name products. Stock in general seems to be better than other Walmart's, empty shelves were rare, but I could have shopped at good time. One of the stores major flaws is the lack of space to form lines behind the checkouts, as the clothing section has been placed FAR too close. Overall, this store is ok, and I've seen much worse from other Pennsylvania Walmart's. I walked out purchasing almost everything on my list, a pleasant surprise.

I called and left a message on the answering machine that I was there and the bay I was in (3). I watched as several cars arrived after me and received their orders. I called again and left another message asking why I didn't receive my order as yet. I watched as more cars arrived after me and received their orders. Finally a staff person, who had delivered an order to yet another car asked my name and if I checked in yet. I told her that I had called 4 times, left 4 messages and that I had been waiting 30 minutes. She responded by saying "We're very busy." I said (calmly) that I understood that but I didn't understand why 7 cars received their orders ahead of me. She responded "Did you bother to flag one of us down?" I was dumbfounded and simply asked her to get my order. She responded "Well I guess you'll just have to wait then." I waited a little longer and then did as she suggested. I flagged down another staff person and started to explain what happened. He cut me off mid sentence, said they were very busy and asked for my name. I gave my name and again tried to explain what happened. He again said they were busy and said I would have to wait. After I finally received my order I went into the store and spoke with a "coach" She was very understanding and promised that it would be taken care of. I'm not convinced that is true after this experience. I also called the corporate office. I have tried to submit this feedback to their corporate site five times. One of the store managers, Steve, still has not followed through dispute his promise to do so 11 days ago. This is beyond a discussion. This behavior and these comments are totally unacceptable, disrespectful and demeaning. I will never use their service again in fears that reporting this will result in retaliation from your staff.

The mall remains in relatively good condition, despite the lack of stores. We found out why no major changes have occurred; the previous owners were deep in debt. The mall went for sheriff's sale in August 2019 and is now owned by the bank. The only major developments that have occurred is the sale of the former Sears to Family Practice Center, who have been renovating it into a clinic. The future of the Susquehanna Valley Mall is a mystery. Until it's sold to a new owner, the mall continues to lose stores in "status quo" mode. I'd like to see the former Weis sold to Ollie's Bargain Outlet, who needs a MUCH better space. I suspect the mall will have to be redeveloped by new owners and it's a real question how much will remain a traditional mall. Finally, how will the Central Susquehanna Valley Transportation Project bypass affect the shopping strip when completed? There will probably be no happy ending at the Susquehanna Valley Mall.

Three stars because it is well maintained, and it does get some good pop-up stores. This area has…read moremany shoppers, some of whom like a splurge. Wouldn't a high- end store like Nordstroms or Bloomingdale's be good? Even a Nordstrom's Rack would be nice. Also, I don't think any of these would affect Boscov's, which is still essential.

The owner, Cindy and her entire team made the many visits to her shop a wonderful experience that every bride should have. My daughter was treated like a princess every time. The team gives the bride undivided attention, and is willing to work with designers who work with the bride for her dream dress on her wedding day. This shop dressed my daughter in every gown she wished to try, gave us all the time needed, and when my daughter decided to design a gown that she wanted they were on it immediately and the designer was just as wonderful. My daughter had specks of her dream dress until she was happy to order, the suspense of waiting was tough as we did not see final gown in person until designed and arrived. Upon arrival, we cried, the gown was everything and more in person and fit right to a tee except for a few tucks that Cindy allowed for room if needed. They are the best and my daughter and I highly recommend them. The best and thank you for allowing my daughter to design her dream dress for "their Royal Wedding ".
