I was able to place my order by phone which was very good. My furniture was arrived at Bassett two weeks ahead of the projected date. It was delivered 6 days before Thanksgiving which was perfect since I was hosting for the holiday. The delivery was flawless from competence of delivery men to setting up the furniture. When the store representative closed the machine after clearing the blockage it printed out a cash voucher and not a an e Gift certificate as I requested. The store claimed that they could not do anything to fix their error. I immediately called Coin Star about the issue. They claimed a check would be in the mail in 15 to 20 business days. Now 30+ days have gone by with no refund on my lost money. I spoke to Coin Star twice and they claim the "check will be in the mail" . They are pleasant on the phone but do not support the machine failures.
