The service i received from them was outstanding!! They made me feel like family. When I first walked in the furniture section of the Backstage Dept., looking for assistance in purchasing an item, I encountered one guy that told me politely, sorry he's on break, then I met Erik, that seemed like he was already busy doing something BUT ERIK STOPPED AND ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP! Erik proceeded to help me, even went and got the supervisor, Tracey, to further assist me!!! Erik went on to finish what he was previously doing but would return to check on me. Erik left me in the hands of a wonderful PATIENT COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING human, TRACEY!! I explained to her everything that I was looking for and she went to searching for me and adding numbers to help me make the best decision!! We spent hours, Lord bless them both!!! Listen that Backstage Department have some amazing people working up there! I don't even go downstairs only because of the great service I receive EVERYTIME I GO THERE!! I understand there is a trade off but I have walked into the store multiple times only to walk right out due to the line. When I absolutely need an item I have stood in line only to watch customers get frustrated set their items down and walk off. EVERY TIME. I'm sure having two more cashiers open would add an additional 200k of business a year just considering the missed sales of people getting frustrated and leaving all their items. Advice to management: stop being cheap and hire more cashiers. Maybe even an express line for 3 items or less. Your losing more business than the 2 additional salaries are worth.
