This is the by far one of the worst Walmart store in Fl, a staff member which i have asked for help said she wouldn't help and called me stupid, when i went and told the manager she didn't even speak to the associate and nothing happened after. all the staff members and workers are disrespectful and rude. i recommend if possible go to a different Walmart store if you can, there's always something that will upset you at this store. definitely not a good experience read more

Honestly, hard as I try, this Walmart is a disaster. Lack of staff, lack of enthusiasm in the little staff they have, disheveled shelves, long lines, and the list goes on and on. The parking garage is always a mess and and it rarely looks clean. I try every couple of months to visit and see if anything has changed as it's the closest location to me, but so far no luck :( read more

This was definitely a Super Walmart. My first time at this location and I'll be back. They had everything we needed and more. There is a nice covered parking are that helps on those rainy Miami days. As you walk in there is a in store subway with decent size. It seems to be a Walmart favorite as there was a line inside. Here at this Walmart location there was a small section of toys about 3 or 4 isles .. nice selection bikes, and tons of in home products. read more

OMG Walmart. Why aren't you staffed well??? Everytime I go to any Walmart actually I feel like they never have adequate staff. This particular Walmart is no different. It is always PACKED especially if you come during a weekend day. Lines to pay are always out the door. Alone for the lines you will be there for 20 minutes minimum. The parking situation here is nice. There is a garage with security which I feel is a perk at this Walmart. It does get full but I have yet to have a problem finding parking when I have arrived. Maybe I have been lucky because I have read some other reviews and they talk about the horrible parking situation. When you walk in there is always some rep trying to sell you something for your TV or whatnot. I am never interested and I hate it when people accost me to sell me something. But hey people have to make money right? The prices here are standard for Walmart. The place is enormous. I am pretty sure you will find everything you need here. The customer service is pretty atrocious. I asked three people for an item here that they clearly had in stock online according to my phone and home computer. When I asked around they said they didn't carry that item here. I decided to look for myself. I had this gut feeling if I looked myself I would find it. Sure enough there were a large amount of them in the store. Ridiculous. To dismiss me they just said its not here...or to not have to look for it like I did. I come here for the deals. I like to bargain shop especially for things I know I can't find cheaper. However I always compare prices online with competitors to make sure I don't have to make a trip here since it is my nearest Walmart. Avoid this place unless you really need something now and cheap. read more

This was my first time in this Walmart. I've passed by it several times while in the area but it just appeared to complicated to get in. So this location had a garage which is good but kind of bad at the same time because when it's packed it's constant driving around because of course everyone wants a first floor parking spot. It looks like it has two floors but again the everyone will want the first floor because covered. The store in itself is smaller than the average Walmart. Perhaps it isn't a super center. So with it being smaller they don't have the shelf space that other Walmart's have as they didn't have what I was looking for. Visited 3-7-2020 at 6:45 am, They just changed opening hours to 6 am instead of 24 hours , line to check out now is 3 times as long (about 12 people). All self checkout lanes closed and still only 1 register open while manager chit chats with security in the front. Spent about 20 min in line for 3 items. I'll give it to the Cashier though she was speedy and pleasant. read more

Terrible...from when I parked to when I left the store. 1) the parking situation is the worst I have seen at any Walmart. Although their parking is within a parking garage, the parking garage is small about two floors. It gets packed because it's Walmart and the driving in there is scary. I swear I almost got into two accidents just navigating my way in there. 2) It is supposed to be a super" Walmart...yet it's probably the smallest super Walmart I have ever been too...not that much bigger from their "neighborhood" markets. Then again maybe they do not need that big of a Walmart for point three.... 3) Empty shelves all over the store...especially it's food area. Why would I come to a store that cannot properly stock? Look at picture I took of Emory fridge. 4) One of my biggest pet peeves is when I go to a store and nothing is orderly. Look at the pictures I took of the aisles. Open boxes, piles everywhere. I came today 06/18/2033 to the electronic section to see if they had ps5's and there was this one lady who didn't speak English but she was trying to help me find someone else but all her other fellow employees either showed little to no help or ignored me. Only 30 minutes later will I be given some proper assistance just to find out that the last digital ps5 sold out. This is for the automotive dept only. Came in and changed oil and since I had purchased tires here before I asked them to rotate and balance them. The balance job was horrible the tires started wobbling so much in my way back home that I thought they were going to fall off. Checked tires and it appeared that they had not put on the weights on the some of wheels. Doubt I will ever buy tires here again. Always out of stock on common items. I've made trips multiple times for specific items such as a specific glue, oil filters, a/c adapters, car light bulbs, aquarium supplies, car batteries; and each of those separate times, these staple items were OUT OF STOCK! Not once, MULTIPLE TIMES! The mobile app will list the item in stock or low-stock. Tried calling before going and after extended 10-15 wait time just to get to the step if the items are in stock, it's like I'm irritating them and often, they don't even know. Also, Tons of pre-opened items on shelves. Many items with mismarked prices. Another time, I went for a $100 watch and there was no employee near the watch area. Other customers were waiting too. After pressing the "help" button multiple times, no one arrived. I called customer service while in the store to tell them, "somethings happening near the watches--send manager immediately! LP showed up right away and he got the "manager!" Manager just said the watch employee went home early. Nice excuse/employee management. Horrible management and inventory control. I went to this store to buy some ready to feed formula for my baby and after giving him two bottles I noticed that it was expired three months ago. I called Enfamil and they issued a refund and told me to go back to Walmart to return the rest. I went to Walmart the following day and after standing in line for twenty minutes, the lady that was supposed to help me ignored me completely. She started to put away some items and after she was done she started to help me. After I had my refund I decided to go back to the baby area to find some new formula, I didnt find any new Enfamil Reguline. All the Enfamil Reguline ready to feed they had outside was expired. I spoke to one of the managers and he told me that maybe that kind does not sell that much. Im like what kind of answer is that!! it does not matter if that kind of formula does not sell that much! they are supposed to be on top of that because this is for babies. This is the worst Walmart ever! I don't know where to begin. First thing is first escalator doesn't work hardly ever. The parking is horrible whoever came up with the design on this building must have been drunk. The lines are always long seems like all the cashiers take lunch at the same time and there's only one or two cashier's available to ring up hundreds of people that I waiting down the aisles to check out. Customer service is very horrible here seems like they don't care. Just there to get a paycheck. The inventory is very Slack all the time. I live within a mile from the store and it's a shame that I rather drive down to Homestead to do my shopping at Walmart rather than just drive less than 10 minutes away to do my shopping. I guess I should disclose the fact that I came in between 11:30-12:00 a.m. on a Saturday, so parking was pretty quick and smooth. This was my first time at this location, and considering this was a new location and supposedly a Supercenter, I was taken aback at how small this location is. On the plus side, things are labelled clearly, much more clearly than at other Supercenters, but at the same time, since the store is smaller, there will be less inventory. Whereas other Walmarts have 3-4 aisles of hair products, here they take up one aisle. No gardening center here, so forget about buying plants or any gardening products. The clothing section is also somewhat small, as is the toy section, including the bicycles, the auto section...you get the picture. I am not sure if they have items such as rotisserie chicken here. I do not recall seeing a deli, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't like the fact that the self-checkout registers were closed, forcing everyone to make a line to wait for one of the 4 open registers. On the plus side, I felt like a gorgeous, slender supermodel here, if that says anything, and yes, women in muumuus, rollers in their head, and shower caps are a common sight here, as are muffin tops and clothing 2 sizes too small, but isn't this commonplace at all Wal-Mart stores? read more

First and foremost stopped by here with a friend to get some more camping supplies and food. I forgot my bikinis for the hot tub so I had to look for some here. OMG what a mission!!! Compared to other Walmarts in Kendall, this is one of the worst ones I've been to. No variety. The photo center is a mess, not fully stocked with items and the service is horrible. Even now for the holiday season they barely have products. I don't know why they call this a Supercenter if it's not super with its products. this location is not as stocked as the other stores... it does have supermarket but no garden center however it does have an aisle of garden-related items and also carries BBQ related items on the opposite side of that same aisle... as for the supermarket side, it also does not carry a lot of the items that they have at the supercenter locations like the natural granola bars reg or the family pack... there are five self check-out counters which I love but sometimes it becomes a hassle since one or two are out of service... overall, it is close to me and convenient for me to pick-up everything I need both in terms of food and other needs that a regular grocery food would have carry... and the best part of this location I believe is the parking!!! read more
