The staff were really friendly and I signed up for their rewards program. Overall, Once Upon A Child is great, but I'd like to note that whatever cleaner they use is very strong that I have minor allergic reactions (feeling itchy, scratchy throat, etc,). Frustrated I called Gionfriddo's which was my, last business on my list right before closing time. The owner told me to come over no problem he'd look at it before closing. I went over and his customer service was excellent! He let me know he could get it done on time and he wouldn't have a problem attaching the patches to the Gi. I was so happy!! The very next day my son's Gi was ready!! I would definitely recommend Gionfriddo, don't let these other bigger companies fool you. Gionfriddo is a local family owned business. Very genuine, honest, and definitely reliable and professional. I will absolutely conduct business with them again!
