Scott and his Budget Blinds crew came out, to our house in Shepherdstown, WV, looked at all of the windows on two different floors, and gave us a reasonable estimate for their work. They were willing to wait while we had major renovations done to our house so that the dust raised by sanding floors didn't get into the new blinds. When they did come out, they did the work quickly and neatly, and were very helpful. I highly recommend them.

I had…read morescheduled a drop off for this afternoon, made the drop-off and after nearly 3 hours I received a phone call telling me I was no longer welcome to make consignment drop-off since I spoke the truth about the store and it's policies. They then demanded that I pick up the items I had taken in to consign by this Friday at 4:30. Well there loss is another thrift store's GAIN. They owe me money from previous consignments and I hope that they don't renege on having a check ready for me to pick up on Thursday when I am happily picking up my possessions. Also, again in light of the current atmosphere in our country I do not think selling a United Airlines Ramp Service employee's jacket a safe idea or selling school apparel that would allow someone to gain access to a school. I am refraining from a one star rating for reasons I won't share publicly. Hopefully they treat other customers better than I have been treated.

I know we are a car centric society, but it makes shopping sometimes a very daunting task. Once inside, I went about the store to pick up the items I needed and a few I didn't need. This is a newer location and it made shopping decent. I was able to find everything rather quickly and was happy to make this a quick stop. I browsed for a bit and noticed that some section in this location were a bit more chaotic than others. Some departments like clothing and electronics were neat and tidy, while others like the seasonal were a mess. Items were strewn about and it made it hard to figure out the pricing. Which then made me have to locate a price check kiosk to figure out what I had in my hand was either cheaper or more expensive.
