Jennifer, the owner of Lexicon, promised next day delivery at $2.25 a cup for a case of 36 units for a total of $81. They called the next morning to tell me that it had arrived and when I went in to pick it up, they jacked up the price to $3.99 a cup for a total of $143.64 a case. This is almost double the price available online. I can only speculate that they decided to price gouge me because of my father's dire situation. Incidentally, their phone system is substandard. More often than not, I just got a busy signal when I called. Additionally, upon entry the store was surprisingly disorganized and untidy for a medical supply store. Do not do business with these unscrupulous people.
