I have liked Chico's clothes for a long time. I've been to the store a few times since my last…read morereview. Sometimes, I am offered help and others have been totally ignored. There is usually someone who will offer to start a dressing room for you which is helpful. Their sizes are different than most places, going from 0 to 4 with sometimes there being a .5 at the end of the number. For someone not familiar with their clothes, it is helpful to know how the size compares to typical sizes. They usually have things on sale in a marked area by size and color. Those not on sale are divided by color typically. In the rear of the store are the clothes called energy which are more casual and I really like them a lot. In the rest of the store, it is the Chicos name. I often find something there I can't live without and unfortunately, not always on sale. The quality is very good and they last for a long time. I'll continue to go back every now and then. It is worth it to me.

But after our experience, this location absolutely deserves 5 stars! The staff here really showed interest in helping me find the perfect thing for the occasion I was in the market for an outfit for, grabbing different options, sizes and offering honest and kind feedback along the way. They were notably nice, laughing and smiling the whole time and were honestly so encouraging. I left with some shirts and a little more confidence too!

So, I hate to sound like a snob, but most people really don't know how to buy the right pair of…read morejeans. It sounds trivial (and it is) but it's true and pretty important if ya want to look good! It's like buying a bra, most women are buying the wrong size, and when they finally get fitted and realize they've been wearing the wrong size all these years, it's kind of a bummer. I'm speaking from personal experience. It's all about learning what cut fits your body type best, the length, your waist size, how much the pant will stretch, and the list goes on. So I pretty much feel the same way about buying jeans and bras: get fitted! I got schooled on everything denim the first time I went to Loop several years ago. The price point at Loop may be high, but buying your denim here is totally worth it. I've always been satisfied with my purchases at Loop because the owners (name) make 100% sure that you are buying the right pant for your body. These people know the ins and outs of the perfect fit and it's very clear that it is very important to them that you leave their store feeling like a rock star. Their attention is all yours when you're shopping in their store. There are few places in Tucson that provide such a personalized and fun shopping experience, so support the independent guys! I highly doubt anyone at Dillards is going to make sure you LOVE LOVE LOVE every purchase you make. Next time your near Casas Adobes pop into Loop, you won't regret it!

Do yourself a favor - heed their advice and let them help you shop for the best fits. Their selection of men's pants/jeans is possibly the best I've encountered. Don't miss it!!!

This spot has a variety of used clothing catering to a younger population but, overall, I…read moreappreciated the selection. Some of the prices on the items seemed a bit high, but, if you go in and actively look for sale items, it's worth it. They also have a good return policy. I bought a nice Polo for my husband and it was a bit too large, I returned it in a few days and it was fine. They are a well organized store with a helpful staff. If you are looking for a used, trendy item this spot is a good one to try. Be aware to really look through things thoroughly, I missed a great pair of jeans because they were hidden in a rack. I'm glad I did a double take. I've only recently bought multiple items here but, I haven't sold yet.

Today, October 7, 2026, around 2:44 PM, I brought in a large amount of brand-new designer clothing,…read moremany pieces still with the tags attached, to sell. Unfortunately, this was yet another unpleasant experience at Plato's Closet. This is not the first time I've gone into this location and felt completely disrespected by the girl working the register. Every time I've dealt with her, the attitude has been rude and dismissive. I've even had the experience of feeling like I'm being laughed at when I walk in. At this point, it's getting pretty ridiculous. I dropped my clothes off today and was told it would take approximately 1-2 hours. So I waited around the store, looking through the merchandise, only to eventually be told that they weren't going to take any of my items because they were overstocked with inventory. If the store is too overwhelmed with inventory to accept clothing, that's fine -- but maybe tell customers that BEFORE taking their bags and making them wait two hours. That seems like a pretty basic courtesy. What makes this even more frustrating is that this has happened to me repeatedly with this particular employee. I've brought clothing to this location when other employees are working, and they have accepted my items without a problem. So it's hard not to question why my experience seems to change depending on who is working. I've also heard similar complaints from friends who have had uncomfortable experiences with the same employee. At some point, management might want to look into how customers are being treated and whether everyone is actually being given the same opportunity to sell their clothes. And honestly, when I walk into a store with brand-new designer pieces with tags still attached, only to see merchandise on the racks with stains, rips, holes, and shoes that look like they've seen better days, it's pretty frustrating to be told none of my items are acceptable. I completely understand that Plato's Closet gets to decide what they want to buy. That's not my complaint. My complaint is the attitude, the lack of communication, and the way I've repeatedly been treated by this employee. If you don't want my clothes, say that. If you're overstocked, say that. But there is absolutely no reason to make customers feel unwelcome, embarrassed, or like they're wasting your time. I'll gladly take my designer clothes somewhere else from now on. There are plenty of resale stores that know how to treat customers with basic respect.
