They came immediately and completed the job at half what we were quoted by any other company. I am finding that when it comes to work in the Mullica Hill area most of these plumbers and HVAC guys are part of a union and know each other. "Buddy system" if you will. They discuss pricing and use that to their advantage to jam you up financially. Demers Mechanical was more than reasonable and did an excellent job without over pricing me like so many others in our area. I would definitely recommend them and 5 stars is not enough. I wish I could give them 10. Lennie L. Corbett

That really stood out. When it turned out a visit was needed, they scheduled me for the very next day and even arrived earlier than expected (after calling to confirm it was okay). Once on site, they diagnosed the problem immediately, showed me exactly what was wrong, and explained everything in clear, simple terms including pricing. The repair was done quickly, and they made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. Clear, professional, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend Dean's Services!

If you're looking for an honest, competent and accountable air conditioning and heating unit…read moretechnician, meet Eric. He is the owner of A&R. The storm we had a couple of days ago messed up my air-conditioning unit. I called an emergency air-conditioning technician to come and look at it at night. Despite the fact that my air conditioning unit is less than a year old, this so called technician was more interested in selling me new products and services than actually fixing the problem. Sure enough, within 24 hours my air conditioning unit stopped working again. I called my neighbor for recommendations and he immediately suggested I reach out to Eric. Eric came within two hours to diagnose the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. The previous technician had apparently messed up all the wires. All I can tell you is that Eric was thorough and very open about his fees. No hassle, no BS. He is local and has been a technician for 35 years. I highly recommend him.

They recently started offering Plumbing services and my first experience was so-so. As part of the maintenance plan, you now get a plumbing inspection every year. The plumber who came out today was very nice but missed an issue that I pointed out to him. He did have his Master Plumber that was hiding in the truck (? Seemed odd haha) come take a look. There was some estimate issues leading me to think the installation of a toilet would be $1,000 for labor alone. However, the owner was quick to rectify and look into the issue personally once he became aware, and was very open to feedback on how to make the estimates more clear. I would still like to see them itemize the cost of materials in the future, but it seems to be something at least on his radar. I would give this company a chance if you're having issues. They seem to truly want to do the right thing by the customers and their employees, which is important.
