I asked plenty of questions and alex always had an answer for it. We all know that there is currently a car shortage due to the microchip explosion in japan so it's been super hard to get a car without forking out an arm and a leg. Many brokers gave me a run around about helping me before I went to Alex. After going back and forth on whether or not I wanted the car or not Alex was very patient. After making the decision and making the deposit my car arrived and was ready for delivery in about a month. It did take some time because of the car shortage/inventory shortage, which I did not mind at all. Otherwise if they had the car it's usually delivered in about a few days. It's been an amazing experience. Skip the middle man and go to a broker! Cannot recommend alex enough.

Apparently,it was not !!just 2 weeks into buying the car we started having issues with a broken washer fluid tank that could hold no water at all.We took it in for servicing only to find out there were more issues with the car more than we thought. We reached out to management but they weren't willing to help with the situation telling us we need to deal with their service department, This is totally unacceptable!!! Customer service ,was very, very, poor and they keep telling lies upon lies until you become frustrated. I regret ever buying a car that is adding more stress on a daily basis which I just bought 2weeks ago and management and Omar tge sales agent are not ready to do nothing but they expect you to figure it out by bringing the car to their service department to have them fix the issues for you. I regret the day I walked in to trade in my car to this junk they've sold to me and my family!!! I'll never ever advise the public to buy anything from these crooks unless you're absolutely sure and certain about what is being offered to you. You should try to reduce the price of the car to $20k because this junk do not fit to be sold for over 40k. This is stealing!!!

Thankfully after looking at some reviews I decided to check out ELDORADO and I met the wonderful Mark. Mark is like a kind uncle . He was patient, he was informative, and he was invested in me making the right choice for my lifestyle and my budget . He was never pushy like the typical sleazy used car salesman so I felt comfortable working with him. We found a car that worked for me and his team even handled all the dmv requirements so I didn't have to do that myself . I am so happy with my purchase . My family got a chance to meet mark as well and said if they ever are in the market for a car they would work with him in the future! I also want to note that after I bought the car I had a problem with my heat . I called mark and he was so apologetic and instantly called a mechanic who took care of it right away at no cost to me. Mark has called to follow up with me and ask about my family even though I already bought the car. He is a genuine person as well as the rest of his staff. I would highly recommend this dealer if you're looking for a good used car !!

My gripe however is that I'm not even in my second month from owning one of their cars and I've had an exhaust repair (if they inspected the pipes they would have seen the damage right?) luckily it was within the 30 days so the did cover that! But I didn't have to skip work so probably evens out the cost in reality. And now I'm staring down the barrel of a complete transmission replacement putting me $5000 out of pocket. By the way that's half of what the car cost! Fist time taking it into an interstate going above 65mph and the cars transmission fails. When a car You just bought, and after being assured it was running great! Has it's transmission fail, is a large kick in the teeth! I would advise anyone considering buying used, to seek a proper inspection at the car dealership before buying used. Do not take the people selling it on their word, as it can cost you big time. We were dumb enough to think we won't need the extended warranty. Maybe you should chip in for it. Better than being stuck with a $5000 bill I somehow have to find in the back of my couch. I really wanted to like this place but now I am just waiting for more things to fail with the car I'm now stuck with until it's paid up.

It was a very easy, low pressure process. A few weeks after the sale I needed to come back to get an updated title in order to register the car out of state (my fault, not theirs), and I worked with Tony. It was a very busy day and he went above and beyond to reprocess my paperwork so that I can register my car at my new address. It wasn't a quick fix for him, and even though he was very busy he took the time to help correct my error. Best of all, I love my 'new' car and got it at a great price. Highly recommend, will work with again.
