Pretty decent Biergarten for inside an amusement park,Tivoli. Very large portions that easily could be shared.indoor or outside seating. You order your food at the inside counter, pay, get your drinks and a buzzer, then find a table. After a reasonable wait, the buzzer goes off and you return to the counter for your food.
We were in Tivoli after a long day visiting castles and fortresses and suddenly realized it's 9pm and we're hungry. Spoiled for choices we couldn't locate the Tivoli restaurant we wanted, saw the Biergarten and decided to eat there. Fortuitous decision - a reasonable rendition of every American's idea of a German Biergarten .. in a pocket sized location with a stripped down menu containing a smattering of the basics - Bratwurst, Jaeger Schnitzel, chicken, and accompaniments. Some German bier, mezzo mix, etc. Hearty and tasty, these tourists left happy & sated. Prost! read more
